  • The first 30 secs is my fave!!!!!!!!!!

  • Some of the best times of my life when this shit dropped. This was a cd you could press play and stroke a bitch dry.

  • When this CD dropped, I was one of the first to have it. I worked in Oakland CA and lived about an hour away.....had it blastin" at a car wash.....this hater came up and told me that that shit wuz hittin...haha

  • BEATS BANGINN DEVANTEE SWINGGG THESE NIGGAZ USED TO BE THE SHITT

  • I had an 87' Chevy Blazer with (2) 12" Kickers jamm'in this tape all day err day! Good memories...

  • @Kordaye13 Listen, if it was on a tape it was hot music! CD's marked the beginning of the demise of music. Bring back the cassette & maybe real music will soon follow.

  • I was in college when this came out. Look let me tell you, I had an 85 Cutlass(Clean) and this song was bumping hard. And heads were truned as I came by doing 15 mph (LOL) you could not tell me I was not cool.LOL go head Jodeci....

  • one of the greatest r&b albums of all time

  • Static major song had me looking for this song 4eva an i found it.! Nice

  • i scrolled down the page just to see if there were dislikes, and it is O_o. whats wrong with people?

  • I got this cd for free.

  • oh wow...I haven't heard this in years...freshman year in college!!! class of '98...good times man...I always remember tryin' to get girls like every day of the week..so this cd was really on point!!!

  • @Nikogneetoe...Until Timbaland Came Along. lol (And Thus, Da Bassment Was Born.)

  • @JayPlay01 DeVante put on Missy Elliot (Sista), Genuine, Static Major, Playa, Suga, Tweet, and gave Timothy Mosley the name "Timbaland"and taught all of them how to produce music. Timbaland contributed a little to Jodeci's last 2 albums but none on their major hits. So DeVante's production skills were still "untouchable." DeVante was a horrible business man, mixed with the wrong crowd and was surrounded by back stabbers. That's why Da Bassment split. Such a shame. Such great talent and music.

  • @TimTimGorilla310 I Know that, but i Mean the fact that they were all Unstoppable with "Da Bassment Crew" but i Think That Timbaland's Drum Sounds were just so Innovative and had the Confession of Hip-Hop Soul which was Missing in the R&B side which Aaliyah was Beginning to Dominate. I was Surprised that all the Bad Stuff happened when I was Growing Up, but some things are better left Untouched. Timbaland , Missy, Aaliyah, Ginuwine, Magoo & Playa were the Craziest Groups to Blow Up...(RIP)

  • Baby makin music...

  • i used to play this over and over and over

  • If you guys are interested, I have a copy of this cd posted on ebay. Item 280530792635

  • This song reminds me of the eleventh grade at the dance!

  • How could I......how could I have forgotten the fourth installment of this classic album.

This track, after hearing it for years and years and years, has some of the best slept on production I can remember in recent memory.

Like I have commented on earlier tracks for this album, never again will there be another boy band as such. They came along at the right time in history, with the right chemistry, just inserted themselves in to musical greatness.

  • @AbsolutFent Umm, theyre men, not boys. Thats why they are so great. Get it right.

  • @keilyngodson26 I was giving them props. Did you misunderstand me or did I miss something or am I overreacting?

  • @AbsolutFent They need to play more music like this on the radio during the day instead of at night, more younger people like me need to embrace this type of TRUE music, I honestly don't prefer mainstream music today, my ipod is 92% as they say 'Old School' music when, in fact, most of my generation were probably conceived to music like this... Smh.

  • reminds me of me of da great times with my girlfriend slash future wife......damn i need a time machine!!!!

  • This beat go hard! I love the instrumental as well!

  • serious memories..... used to sing this song to all the little 14 year olds back in the day

  • @Smoothini i was 14 too and i went hard then ,and now i am 30 and still go hard. great album

  • to the commentators saying that they sampled in this song: I definitely hear the Zapp and Roger sound at around 3:50- 4:08; however, I think Jodeci was influenced by their music, which is understandable. but they didn't exactly "sample".

    nice tune regardless

  • Um, Um, Um!

  • Man i miss them. I love Jodeci this was the shhhhhhhhhhh.....

  • This brings back so many memories

  • Boy my computer can't get no louder! I'm tryin to bust the speakers on this shit!

  • shoobie doowop I wanna love u... Zapp & Shirley Murdock.... Iaint pull that out my ass

  • Thats not a sample dumb ass. Just because they said a few words that they said. lol. They didnt actually use a sample from the damn song. You know what a sample is dont you?

  • I grew up on 90's Hip-Hop, of course I know what a sample is. It's nothing to argue about. The proof is in the pudding. Just look at the fucking production credits!

  • Bet you guys didnt know that Mr. Devante was a mentor to the great Timbaland. Taught him everything he knows. Listen to the simalarities of the beats. Food for thought...

  • you shouldnt try to sound so arrogant... Devante mentored Timbo & Missy Elliott its a WELL KNOWN fact
