  • BILL NYE THE SCINCE GUY

  • Oskar I love all of your puzzles. You are a genius

  • looks easy

  • not to be like everyone else and say its too expensive..but because much of the head doesnt participate in the actual 'solving' of the puzzle, could the outer shell be made of a cheaper material, and the important parts sturdier material?

  • @cooollguy Of course that could be done. But not by me. Anyone can make me an offer to start such a venture.

  • force it... it helps... :)

  • just wow. This guy has some crazy designs. Glad people still make puzzles.

  • you solved it in under a minuet............... i think ive made my point.

  • cors of google

  • I have a feeling that this puzzle would drive me crazy o.o

I'd probably give up after, like, half an hour or so xD

  • (yawn) how did i get on this? who is going to buy one of those?

  • @XXXFOREMANXXX Sorry, this Gear Head prototype is not for sale. If it were, it would cost several $1000, so I would not expect many sales anyway.

  • That's what happens to my own head when I see your puzzles

  • wow.

  • wow

  • I know this is off topic but.....How did i get here from yugioh abridged?

  • "it would be significantly more that $1000.".........why ?

  • @Mr281560 Because I can't get it to you for less ...

  • i just love these puzzles so much

  • Does it use gears and screws ???

  • @OskarPuzzle I really like this one. I went to Puzzle Palace and there aren't any prices listed anywhere. I trust when you say prohibitive, but how much do these cost? Would I possibly be able to buy the one in this video? :)

  • @AwenShirazi No, the prototype on the video is not for sale. You can estimate the price if you consider the volume and the Shapeways $1.50 per cm^3. Hint: it would be significantly more that $1000. Still interested? Then please contact me privately.

  • @OskarPuzzle Why use shapeways then? Ask mefferts Because the gear cube was cheap and it was massproduced by Mefferts

  • @RedStoneFire I do not think mass production of this puzzle would yield a positive business case ...

  • you're welcome.

  • I want one?

  • Is there any way to get custom scans? Like, I could get a scan of my father for his birthday?

  • @SuperToasterBoy At this moment, I am not aware of shops that offer 3D scans as a service. However, there are shops that scan you in 3D and make some little art object from the result.

  • your a gear head

  • Just a dumb question:

Wouldn't it be enough to turn the chin until everything is in the right orientation?

  • @CoxTH not a dumb question at all, I thought about it and then asked my mechanical engineering brother and he said that there is probably a way that if you turn one piece it controls others in different ways, the basic way of explaining this is that while you turn the chin the top is affected, while you turn the top the second piece is affected... basically there is some way that makes it so turning the bottom affects the top but turning the top doesn't affect the bottom... confusing eh?

  • poor person!!!

  • @OskarPuzzle this is awese!

  • Make it an Elvis bust. That'll help sales.

  • u upload it the day of my little brother birthday :)

  • I can do that with a real head

  • 1:15 hahah no brain

  • How do you design your Products ? I'm very interested in starting to design my own Products, you only use normal Programs like Google Sketchup or photoshop?

  • Btw this never showed up in my sub box.

  • Are you selling this ?

  • @JakkSpeedCuber Puzzlepalace may be willing to sell you one at a truly prohibitive price.

  • @OskarPuzzle theoreticaly couldnt u just keep spinning it until it lines up?

  • this is your head

  • If you get a loan and mass produce these type of puzzles you could sell them and you could be a millionaire.

  • who is the head scanned of...my guess is tony fisher

  • was this one un listed

  • Why so little views?

  • ummmm?
