IF I may, Buckethead and John 5 are different animals entirely. Both have very creative sides and play guitar. Both know the instrument very well. I agree on Buckethead. He is great at what he does, but does not get my attention like John5 does. You CANNOT compair guitarists. Each and every one is different. This composition created by John 5 is based on completely different licks, which create a specific atmosphere, not like in Buckethead. When I listen to Machete Mirage I have the strange knowing that this guy plays too many senseless sounds. Sorry man but I can't find you're point of thinking.
