@5dmc1 - that car can be found anywhere between 3 and 6 stars. But the best way to do it is to go to the airport and get the 4 stars - stay in the airport for about 2 mins then use the cheat and get off all cops. Then for me that car, with normal ones and swat vans are driving around. It is the same but cooler

its just a noose crusier, they apear when u got lots of stars, i think 4-5, aside from different paint job(green-blue strip), LED light bar and stiffer suspension, its pretty much the same as a regular cop car. rare no, a little tricky to get yes, worth getting 5 stars for, not realy, ppl usually get em when there main ride explodes and there trying to escape there hi wanted lvl and grab the nearest police car cause there not locked.

its not secret its just not seen often. u have to get a six or five star wanted level. anyway, its almost exactly the same as a regular LCPD cruiser. except for the light bar and decals.
