i used Audacity(name of the program) after doing some research on google, it's weird, first i changed the pitch of this one song and uploaded it with only a picture as background, it said it matched a 3rd party but it hadn't been blocked, then i proceeded to upload with a video and this time it didn't even find a 3rd party match, weird....
as of right now, what i ended up doing(not be option, i know) was to submit a dispute over the validity of the of the "third party match", saying i am using it only for the purpose of blah blah blah..../Do not own this, etc. Basically a disclaimer and it's actually true because the song is cut up in such way that is not even complete, check it out on my channel.

hey, how'd you get to upload this video(with this music) and not get it rejected or the audio disabled?
I've tried uploading a couple of videos with songs off the DBTT album and it can never accept it.
