I read most of your comments, this guys was throwing bags, bags have been being treated like from intrudcution of airlines, it just because of the cell phones having video and the internet you people use that twist things they way you want to see them. And also from someone that works international flights at IAD your bags do get thrown like that in baggage cans. Also FYI too is that if your bag is heavy or has alot of straps on it, your bag has a greater chance of damage.

if you choose low budget airline. you can expect these kind a treatment. better travel with proper ailine. where these all activities are monitored and they really care.

handling companies provide equipment and services according to thier deal. now on thise video it is very obviouse that its small aircraft. deffinately it is budget airline.

I think this happens at all airports. I once travelled via doha and I witnessed the same attitude of airport employees when transfering the luggage from Plane. Do they really think they every single one of them is a Sheikh??

The people that don't blame him are right. I have talked to people it gets upwards of 120 degrees and they are doing it all day. Its not like he is the only one to do it. it happens everywhere. (: And leads to some funny storys. Keep your valuables with you.

The purpose of a suitcase is to protect the content, and what those guys are doing is normal handling of luggage. OK, not the way someone would treat it's own luggage. But still, it's not that they are kicking and dragging the suitcases just for the purpose of destroying them.

these guys lift more than 200 or 300 bags a day in extreme hot weather (>40C). not an easy job.

it is not necessary that the luggage is treated this way. This must be a small plane. otherwise the luggage is placed in large containers, and the luggage is taken out only near the belt which takes the luggage into the terminal. I never got my luggage damaged and most of the times i travel in 747 or A310.
