from 4:35 confuses me, it sounds like you are saying having one page is a problem? I thought that's a good thing, the user doesn't have to go through a lot of pages, it's smoother as you said...

@ethanradd My first thought is that he's referring to the problem with the back button. I've experienced this myself a few times. When it all comes down to one page, refreshing the page or hitting the back button tends to reset the data. With many pages, there are many checkpoints to go back to.

I don't have video capability and it is driving me nuts. Do you know how to fix? You Tube says, Javascript turned off or an old version of Adobe. I have checked and java is on and I have downloaded new Flash several times. Help please.

Java is not the same as javascript. Go into your internet explorer settings and turn JAVASCRIPT on and make sure Adobe Flash is enabled as well.
