I doubt it.
Nobody certified CoC № 4 on the new rules by the CCS. He is 4 times weaker than T14.
T14 is the strongest in the history of the gripper, I took the last one. His counterpart - a modern T13.

@Kashtanultra what if they didn't follow the CCS rules? than do you think maybe? I though the strongest hands in the world could hold 800?
It is impossible. I have it with both hands and a 5 mm can not move it.
On the one hand dynamometer developing 92 kg - 202 lbs
Closed Warren Tetting T6 CCS - 250 lbs - RGC -raiting 2.9 (66 kg).
Sergey Daragan deadlift ONE hand - 230 kg - closed CoC#3.5, dynometer 116 kg.
