So its a basically a laryngoscope with feet? I've harvested LSV using a laryngoscope and it seemed to work. Avoiding the knee area and "skinny-legged" patients (their tissues don't seem to have the stretch needed) seemed to be good ideas. A length of LSV from each leg or from each thigh rather than all from one leg seems to work well (no data though)
I've also used the vasoview system. How does the vertex device compare costwise?
Do you use endoscopic instruments during the vertex harvest?
