@nintendude57 To be honest, the SF4 theme wansn't bad, it seemed to fit with the game, as does this one. This theme is a bit more fun and jumpy like the game itself.

Fantastic theme. I came in thinking "Yup, just gonna be another version of the China music from SF2" but it really surpassed my expectations. Maybe I would actually use Chun-Li if this was left in the NA version. :P
