I've gotten out of anime, but I love your video showing the possibilities with photoshop :D

Although there are problems with animating in photoshop, I prefer it over flash at the moment. Thanks for making this video.

@Dragonstar13 Yeah I admit that there are some "problems" when we animate with Photoshop (the software is not really an animation software like TV PAINT but however, we can do pretty good things with it ! ^_^ )

And, comparing the two programs, the result between Photoshop or Flash (that is only vector) is pretty different ! ^o^

So yeah there are many kinds of software designed for many kinds of animators ! ;D

Wow, looks great! What image resolution is it? When I draw and want to animate a few frames the result is always pixelated images. Any idea what I do wrong?

@Zaddit I recommend to use a resolution like : 2560px by 1440px (usefull for not distort the image when zooming, etc...)Then you can put it in 1280 by 720 when the whole animation is done !

But I'm still a novice so I do it the way I feel, not in the professionnal way... ^_^"

A low resolution is the cause of a pixelated image, so more the resolution (in pixels not in dpi ;p) is big, less you 'll have ugly pixels. ;D

Anime animation is more limited and there's only 3-4 mouth frames (open and closing, no lipsyncing really)

Ok I will try to do a tutorial with the basics, including the " turn around " ^_^.

But it's not for now cuz I'm really busy, but pending, try to learn the basics of drawing a figure with geometric shapes (squares, circles, etc...)

This will be easier for learning animation and for understand my futur tutorials ;D
