Postworkout I'm thinking of combining both a fast carb and a slower carb. The fast carb can immediately address the glycogen depletion while the slower carb absorbs at a similar rate as the whey so that they're in the bloodstream at the same time.

I'm telling you Las Vegas originally suppose to be all out desert... It is hot in Las Vegas!!!!!!! Summer I rather vacation in hawaii for 1 month and a half almost until summer is over then come back... It can get to 107 degree in Las vegas!

@westybrook You should consume a gram of protein per every pound of bodyweight per day. If you weigh 180 pounds you should consume 180 grams of protein evenly proportioned throughout about 6 meals a day.
I take 40gr whey 1 hour before workoutwith 75 grams of oats, so all the nutrients are available when i am in the process of training, and after workout i eat a proteine carb meal, works for me. :)
creatine monohydrate didn't do anything for me after 2 months of use. I'm on kre-alkalyn now and am wondering if i should take before or after my workout? the directions say before but that's not doing anything for me. thanks!

I heard a lot of bad stuff about creatine monohydrate. read that its absorbtion rate is bad and that it is more damaging to the liver than creatine ester or the other fancy creatine. is that true??
@wKoMoon if i were you i wouldn't take creatine just eat a lot of pineapple and drink protein in the morning and right after your workout and you will see a big enough gain... creatine is bound to cause problems later down the road.
im 185 pounds taking 50g protein 50g dextrose 50g maltodextrin 5g glutamine 5g creatine, is this better than a bannana im just getting debates from all ends, also i work out really late so can i skip my last whole food meal (hour after PWOS) since its close to when i go to sleep
is there any way to know if the protein supplement im taking actually has good quality protein with all the amino acids they claim to be in there? Im taking Ultimate Nutrition's "Iso sensation 93" natural. Because I also dont want to intake any artifical sweetners.
@BigJavs NAH, make that strawberry gatorade, that shit taste greeeat, or vanilla fat free icream, that shit is loaded with maltodextrin and it taste sooooooooo good
Lee also has a post workout shake from a previous video post that has egg whites, protein powder, oatmeal and a bannanna. I added Creatine, Milk, a small scoop of peanut butter and ice to this and it is amazing.

@wKoMoon if i were you i wouldn't take creatine just eat a lot of pineapple and drink protein in the morning and right after your workout and you will see a big enough gain... creatine is bound to cause problems later down the road.

Get more protein. You need 1 gram per body weight, so make sure to get atleast 185 grams per day.
