Tight Wad Hill is about a hill in Crockett, CA. The same town that John Swett High School is located in which Billie Joe and Mike Dirnt went to. Crockett is full of junkies and is also referred to as Sugar City because of the C&H Sugar Factory. Hence a line in the first verse "Sugar City urchin wastin time"
