Hello thanks for the comments. There are no enhancements on the vid it was simply a case of point and shoot. At this time of year I have noticed the sunsets very quickly. It also helps if it has been a clear day.

I've lived here since 2000 and have never seen any. :\
Havn't seen the sun set like that either... was it the colour res you were using or something?
