i use tire tubes, they come in aaall sizes, or i just cut them make a knott an vuala you go spend little money, you can also make easy handles and maybe a bar , cheap easy and better!!

The only thing good I can say about this product is I got a good workout when nothing was braking. But I believe this item is dangerous and not worth the $105 I paid for it. Leaving right now and taking it back to Walmart.

@youngrelleus19 Hope it works out for you. I bought another (had 3) just to see what happens. Bans could not take my workout. After 4 weeks bands got all loose and this time I bought it from Kmart. My local Walmart, Kmart and Big 5 Sporting Goods use to carry them and now none of them do, hummmmm. I do not even here about or see them anywhere. Guess they had enough complaints, who knows maybe law suits.

I have had 2 of these now. The first only lasted 4 days and I seen a rip on one of the 60lbs bands. Not sure if it was there before I used it. Took it back to Walmart and bought another one. This time it lasted 1 week before one of the 15lbs bands snapped. I used the X-Factor the next day with only using the 30lbs and 60lbs bands. Well this time the bottom door hinge ripped out the door frame.
