  • A four stroke motor runs on hydrogen. Why didn't you use a small four stroke motor for this water powered bike- project?

  • Try a small 4stroke motor

  • Where can you Buy This ?? Please give me website

  • thats a nice set up. where did you order that?

  • Your Garage is too tidy for you to be an inventor.

  • @AClarke2007 LOL! You're right. That's actually my step fathers garage. My garage is a mess.

  • no it wont ryan hydrogen doesn't make the motor hot

  • @divinersage buddy.. doesn't matter what you run it on its called friction and o i dont know the burning of the fuel! lol god

you need a four stroke so the fuel and oil don't mix

  • won't work..... need a 4 stroke.. i'm testing with a cry cell and a 4 stroke now, still in the phases of collecting parts needed.

  • You have got to be the dumbest person ever. You can't run a 2 stroke on Hydrogen.

  • @LegereBen lies

  • why not make another casing instead on this motor. put a presure valve on the electolosis cell that when pressureed to about 50 psi or something lets the gas excape into another chamber for ignition spark , which the combustion would them drive a fly wheel for the bike.

  • @wolfgang8u meaning build your own two stroke like a shaft driven motorcycle. it would take some calibration and you would need a small generator and a battery to regulate voltage for you ignition system but definatly feasible. picture two fuel cells where the ignition chamber was regulated by low pressure. you could calibrate the system using HHO pressure alone. when the pressure reaches a certain threshold it releases into the next chamber where combustion occurse

  • @wolfgang8u Once one cylinder fires it drives a drive shaft to the rear sprocket which realigns the other drive shaft on the (opposite side of the frame and sprocket)into firing position. with this design of drive shaft no friction is lost in drive gears. like we have in modern engineering. now days we have the pistons driving a cam shaft which eventually turns a crack shaft which them turns a drive shaft which then turns your wheel. Why not just turn the wheel at combustion. Light bulb goes off

  • did you get this to work?

  • Guy has a clean shave, I know he can do it!

  • Good luck trying that on a two stroke, whats going lube the piston ect?.On a two stroke you use the oil in the gas to lube, the way your going to do it will seize the engine quick smart

  • There are gas lubricators, like the ones used for pneumatic pistons..etc...but still :D ...:)))

  • @fpvshitsonhsv

I've thought about the same ans I theorized that a slight increase of oil in the mix ratio may overcome that issue and the hydrogen may help that extra oil burn more efficiently, while still lubricating? A four stroke may be a more reliable concept, but you never know until you try. If I ever get around to it, I'll try it out myself.

  • come on dude ,that lil motor get enogh gas milage out of it

  • Well, it's been over a year. I assume you've realized why everybody's not riding around on water powered bikes by now.

  • those bike kits of ebay break easily so beware, but they do the job for a while.

  • What a great and green idea.

  • just wondering where you bought yours and if you bought it off of ebay what seller, i am looking to get a motor kit but and am a little weery on buying one and would like an opinion

  • stoked to see you expanding your consciousness here. Thank you for experimenting and sharing your creativity. Keep posting please!! to the pleasant revolution

  • the heat from the hydrogen will melt the cheap aluminum block

  • the engine will seize because in two stroke fuel it uses oil in the fuel to lubricate the engine unlike four strokes which has a crankcase that holds oil to lubricate the part such as connecting rod cam shaft and crank shaft. basically if there is two peaces of metal that are rubbing at fast speeds, it needs oil.

sorry for crashing your idea. lol

  • No the idea was not crashed.. I've already faced the lubrication issue. I'm using a AFMT (Anti-Friction Metal Treatment) It will run for long periods of time on a single treatment.

  • Ok cool hope it works out

    all the best

    ryan

  • Check into Militec 1 oil treatment. I have run my car on it with no oil in the crankcase or water in the radiator for 100 miles. I also had a chase vehicle with a car trailer just in case, I tore the motor down and found 0 wear...

  • Xoobis,

Thanks for the info on this one.. I did a side by side comparision of prolong AMFT vs. Militec 1 and it looks like militec 1 has better protection.

Do you know of any other AFMT's or is Militec 1 the best you've seen? I'm also evaluating one called blue marble. So far so good..

    Thanks again!

  • @kdessinger get a 4 stoke kit but the 2 stroke kits are better faster more effective lighter

  • Yea Militec is the best.... absolutely. A lot of other oil additives on the market clain this and that.... do the test your self I always say, just as you did. Keep me in touch.... you are doing what a lot of other people think of doing.... but you do it...

  • this is the dumbest vid i have ever seen on utube ! so sorry but .. but ... just sorry it wont work ! you could have made it so much easier by using the 4 stroke but a 2 stroke needs to be constantly lubed and cooled by the oil in the fuel ESPECIALY chinese engines and air cooled ones at that! which run hotter than water cooled and need air cooled grade oil to survive the extra heat, its gona sieze in under 10 mins with no oil on the rings ! and please do put a vid up of it happening .........

  • Man I know! The 4 stroke is no challenge at all. the difference is you can't buy a brand new 4 stroke motor for $50. You sure can in china though. Just being dollar friendly and making the challenge bigger and that much more fun! :)

  • way to be a dick...your rules limit your possibilities

  • @dasikotm jesus finally someone who was thinking exactelly what i was, what a stupid shit this guy is, i really would love to see all his time and energy go into this without his realizing, i hope to go no one tips his off if hes too fucken stupid to read the responces posted to his video, and if hes to stupid to understand the intelligent responces, such as you had suggested

make sure you give us the part where you flip cuz it seized up and you start screaming or crying... probably crying.

  • @ryan000s actually you can add a small oil tank that puts oil in the engine. contrary to popular belief, you dont need to mix the oil and fuel before it enters the engine. as long as the oil gets to the parts that need it itll be just fine

  • @Humanityisthedisease yeah but water and oil dont mix... the oil will float on the water and not lubricate anything. the parts will be soaked in water and the oil will not stick to that.

  • @ryan000s ok, yea that does make sense. but im sure theres a way around it

  • Not going to work, its a 2 cycle engine and you need to consider lubrication.

  • Using an AFMT so the engine doesn't cease. I'll put an external lubrication system in after testing.

  • That's a half gallon tank.

  • si esa bici te tiene que llevar a vos se muere ajaja

  • i put a four stroke, 5hp, 161cc pressure washer engine on my bike and i can do over 40mph. i welded the whole thing together my self and i am only 15 years old. and get this, you can still pedal on it! i only just finished building it today

  • i dont think that youve facted in that a two stroke engine will need oil added into the the fuel mix? are you going to make a oil injection system?

  • Good luck on your project you will hit snags but you must preserve hope it works out for you!

  • you will definitely need the plasma spark setup. That is what Stanley Meyers main thing was. He would electrolyze the water, then feed the hho into the cylinder along with a water mist and finally hit the mixture with a plasma spark "instantly releasing thermal explosive power of water". Good luck with it, but somehow, the waste spark associated with small engines of this type might not allow it to run properly. This will have to be dealt with. Hope this helps.

  • you will have problems with water in your engine!! hho when burn will create water, imagine what hapend to the bearings and other stuff, and of curse you will not have any lubrification at all, that engine will crash in no time

  • I drink water...and then I peddle. There you go...a water powered bike.

  • @shoegooguru lol thats why ppl put water bottle holders on their bikes

  • do you have an alternater and battery for it when you want to run it on hydrogen

  • I'll be using a front wheel hub for generating electricity and a small pack of Lithium Polymer batteries for storing electricity.

  • It's just too much weight. I'm playing with a 3000psi air tank filled with HHO. It's light and compact. I have no problem running a carbon fiber tank but I think It might worry some people.

  • Greetings!

We are collaborating on development of HHO emulsions which should/could work with your engine... come check it out at overunityDOT com and look for "Emulsifying Brown's Gas" in the hydrogen power topics.

  • I've been following it. I am an over unity member already. I'm also an EcoModder member. Both have been very helpful in my adventures.

  • Hello!!

Very nice idea you have there!!

But i thing hho production is very inefficient!!

Why don't you think about make this small engine work on plasma spark, and then (if you want) introduce plain water straight into the engine!!

Since you are a member on overunity forum, you may have seen the topic no 5024 named "URGENT! WATER AS FUEL DISCOVERY FOR EVERYONE TO SHARE"

Those guys are making a great work there!!

  • That would require a lot more playing around in the garage and less production. I'd love to continue the Stan Meyers dream and create a 100% water powered vehicle but big brother isn't ready to let that out just yet.. Almost though.

  • nice looking motor mate.

    is that a 2 stroke?

how do you plan on getting oil

where it would normally go with

    the petrol?

  • Yeah this is an oil free 2 stroke. Lubrication is going to be my biggest hurtle. What I am planning to do is use an AFMT (Anti friction metal treatment) on the cylinder. The only thing I'm worried about is the run time before treatments. I hope I don't go through too many engines before I find it.

  • Why not use one of the newer moped 2 strokes that have an oil injection system. You could probably find a wrecked one at the junkyard with a good engine for cheap.
