haha when i used an aimbot, it didnt work, i mean it locked on and all but when i shot them while they were moving nothing happened, i dont know why but when i play halo i cannot snipe anyone, i have played legitly 90% apposed to hacking.
@Gauntletdemon It's because when you play legit, you have gotten used to "leading" your shots - Aimbots pretty much fail at this in run-n-gun situations. By the time the aimbot accounts for your aim and the position of the enemy player, lag would have moved the target off target pretty much as soon as you fired.

I got this crazy lucky kill in Tribes once. 3 mid-air hits in a row with a disk launcher. I was banned before he hit the ground XD. It wasn't skill really, I was right under him and he was flying straight up. Halo is magical though :). You can take someone out while they are running in a straight line and they think its an aimbot.
EvG kicked me too a few times, i spent most of the time playing on a sniper server in blood gulch i got pretty good, you make 3 headshots on those guys and they assumed i was hacking, we always sight jacked before we banned, kicking though we would just guess. man i miss this game, one of my fav FPS i ever played, kill cam would have been helpful in this game.

@kookieless blood gulch is one of my favorite maps. No doubt everyone in the demo agrees. The default trial maps have banshees and warthogs but you can add tanks and ghosts if you make a custom game type on the retail game and copy the file over to the demo. If you have great upload speeds, you can host like 16 players and have loads of fun with it. I mean it's really fun.

one time, I came into a server (like usual) and after 15 minuites of playing the operator challenges me to a melee duel. I pwn him, and get banned in less than 15 seconds

That happens to me all the time! I killed 9 guys in a row (The entire opposing team) with my lucky pistol; every single shot was a head-shot - and the host of the server said I was an 'Aimbot fag' and banned me! (Just because he couldn't get a single kill without a tank or a heavy weapon. lol) You are epic though, that close range kill was incredible! =D
The problem is that people are actually so good its hard to tell if they are aim botting or not without actually looking at their screen. But in this case at CLOSE range you pwned him, what did he expect. When you get that close someone has to die. In this case he died lol

it happened to me too. 5 minutes ago i was pwning in blood gulch with a tank and i got 100+ kills and they banned me :( dumb people !

It's bad when they call you hacker when you're good, but it worst when you're just lucky.
The other day on cs 1.6, 3 shots with a scout, 3 headshot, so? Its not that amazing. Yet the admin call me a hacker and told me to stop or he'll ban me. QQ?

this is like so gay! I use to use an aim bot and I never got banned or got remarked like nice aimbot you fag, I decided to quit using it and play for real, upon doing that I developed some skill and learned how to play without some stupid fag like aimbot skills and everyone started to complain. Argh I hate those noobs who can't play so they blame someone for using an aimbot just because they suck!

That happens to me all the time! I killed 9 guys in a row (The entire opposing team) with my lucky pistol; every single shot was a head-shot - and the host of the server said I was an 'Aimbot fag' and banned me! (Just because he couldn't get a single kill without a tank or a heavy weapon. lol) You are epic though, that close range kill was incredible! =D

The problem is that people are actually so good its hard to tell if they are aim botting or not without actually looking at their screen. But in this case at CLOSE range you pwned him, what did he expect. When you get that close someone has to die. In this case he died lol

Its just that 98% of ppl on halo MP are children to whom parents dont buy new games, so they dont have a life nor other gaming experiences and they think that they are the best. When u own them though (even only once), they get pissed and ban everyone. We should make a dedicated server for normal ppl who know how to have fun, not be "OO i can still BAN U if u are better than me HAHAHA"...

Ive been banned faster for pretty much the same reason.
I joined, spawned, guy right in front of me, shot+melee, he said i hack and was banned. Lasted 10 seconds i think. It was crazy.
