  • great vids

  • Wow!!! I never would have found this vid if not for the cache being archived for some reason. I went to revisit the logs. Sandiaman you sound like this 59 yr old huffing and puffing. Wondering if you took the goat trail up too. Thanks so much for this vid and the chance to give this Illinois guy my much needed desert fix.

The Ojito is beautiful. I am still wondering why the benchmark at 'speechless' is not listed on the benchmarks list as I have a few of them logged.

  • I found this one today what a great view!!

  • I hope that you had plenty of water with you! It seems like quite the hike! Do you go hiking alone? Isn't that dangerous? I'm a wussy New Yorker, and I'm sure you probably have WAY more experience doing this! Thanks for the vid...brings me back to my favorite place..NM!!

  • Hello Kristen. Yes I do usually hike alone about 90 percent of the time. If something bad happens...well....that's life. Always good to have a cell phone of course. I always bring four 16 oz bottles of water with me. Two frozen. Especially in the summer.

  • Ahhhh, I love the Ojito Wilderness!! I found this cache back in Febuary 2008 with my brother on an Ojito cache run. The rock formations and colors are awesome in that neck of the woods, and there are plenty of geocaches to go after while your out sight seeing. (Manzano Wolfe-Terry) has lots of caches in the Ojito Wilderness and patrols the area often for BLM. Thanks for posting this video so others can also enjoy this wonderful place!!
