Saw Mazurca Fogo a few centuries ago in Brussels, at La Monnaie. Could have stayed there forever. On fire!

This piece in particular may not show it, but Mazurca is one of the happiest, funniest, hippest and more life-affirming dance creations ever of Bausch.

@leporellobcn Speaking as a dancer, it's difficult to stay fat and be a professional dancer. You rehearse and exercise your body so much, you just naturally lose the weight. And weight really does have an effect on a dancer's quality of movement. If a larger person has not learned how to use their body/weight effectively, they suffer in their quality of movement.
