Then again, some of the voice actors aren't the same ones and there's also the need the dub to fit lip movements and whatnot on occasion, thus needing to change some words or wording around to make it fit.

Not the attacks per se, but Puru teams up with Domon following his "My hand is burning red" with "its roar tells me to grasp victory!" And no, I didn't get it wrong, they just shorten it for that version. Also, later Puru joins Domon in the "east is burning red" bit he usually does with Master Asia, and convinces Milliardo/Zechs to join in as well.
