i have had so many problems with mine, it turns offand resets in the middle, of my music, anybody out ther ethat can help me trouble shoot thi, it just resetts by it self and i dont know why
Hey man mine do exactly the same, i thought it was quite odd. Dont know if the laser fuks up or if its polarization? Im getting them serviced though. Ive got the c313, do u have the 313 or 314?
its been a year now i've had them and has had no problem at all. works great. Note: If you hit play HARD, it turns to get damaged so be cool and normal on the buttons. 2: in dusty environment, the jog wheel might not spin as smooth as before bt its easy to fix it; just apply any lubricant within deck. It may scratch at times(very few) but not critical because it's not while you playing live a track coz that can be very enbarassing. If u insert cd and it scratches, just turn off and on the unit.
somebody else finds it helpful so if u found it not helpful, all you had to do is simply watch another video; there is lots of them here on youtube. U dont have to call me retarded.
u can save 4 samples. Note that unlike the cdj 1000mk3 where u save sampels, cue points and etc.. on the memory card which even if u switch off the decks, u can retrieve them later from the card. Once u switch off the decks, all dat u saved is lost. It works like PC RAM. u can use your computer speakers (2.1, 4,1, 5.1 speakers) or speakers with amplifier onnected to it. I dont use samples much; so i might not be the right person to ask for those.
Sure. U can save portions of songs to make them as samples, u can save also cue points and loops, It plays mp3's. Only thing that u cannot do is scratch. If u want to scratch, u will have to buy digipack pro3 which is more xpensive by i think 400-500 bucks. This one is digipack pro 2. But u should know that u can be creative and create all types of sound e.g. scratching, alarm, skits, etc..as long as u save them as samples.
for a starting dj with a low budjet, yes! i will recommend it. Stanton and pioneer (industry standard) cd players are very similar. So in the long run, u wont have difficulties using pioneer players. On the other hand, denon and numark are different
I've used a numark once and i realised that the way u cue a song is different from the way u cue on stanton or pioneer. Its not really a big difference coz once u are a dj, u instantly pick it up and get used to it but it might be a challenge to others who have problems learning a different technique.
Would i be aple to hook up a laptop instead of using a cd?

you would have enough time if you didnt complain about NOT having enough time and taking 1 minute to insert the cd.

looking at picking up a set of these. I read that theres only a 10 second anti shock function. Have you had any trouble with that? does it ever skip?

If ever I needed to use samples, i wuld plug in (on a 3 or more channel mixer) another deck where i would play samples and stuff from cd.
