I bet everyday, either together or not, unless deathly upset about something, sick, in need of a break, or whatever, these guys from Green Day pick up an instrument and start playing by themselves or together, writing lyrics, and maybe poems. this band is dedicated and its why theyre considered to be the best band on the planet

Aren't you all over-reacting a bit? Writing an album is a long an complicated process and it's very possible that this won't get used at all. In interviews they've even stated that they wrote about 100 songs 21st Century Breakdown before narrowing it down to the 18 they used. Just enjoy what y'got and wait to see what they do.
