The black protesters who spoke are exactly right: this should have nothing to do with race. This man went out of the way to take the law into his own hands and murdered two men... for theft. Theft does not justify murder, especially when they are robbing your neighbor's house and you've already called the police. There is a frightening undercurrent of blatant racism in this story, down to the day he was cleared of his charges.

@wirehot09 Penalty for burglary by a judicial process is not death. You must understand each states have different laws as it relates to property and self protection.
