Uninstall ROBLOX and logout , restart your Computer or Laptop then install ROBLOX then login!

To fix this problem, 1. if you says you have to download again, Dont do it. 2. Close (dont close it,log off is better :) ) or log off ROBLOX. 3. If it dosent work, do it again.

well its not working because you have the oldest downloaded version, or you have to many errors and viruses on your pc, or maybe you have no internet connection. thats all i know! you can also try out the help page on roblox. ok thats it all i know ( you cango on the roblox page then help page by going on google and on roblox then you r on it just press help and you know what! theres no problm for helping i rather love helping out!

You got the problem because your using mozilla firefox. Roblox cant work with mozilla firefox. It works with internet explorer
