  • mag from M1A1 THOMPSON!

  • @truckeringame mag from an *MP40* . He said it was chambered in 9mm, why would it have a .45 magazine?

  • @PowderedAsh

Yeah. The 9mm conversion was actually done by the German army which had a significant number of PPSH-41 captures. The PPSH in Soviet usage during WW2 was in 7.62x25mm, so the Germans converted some of the captured PPSH's to their standard 9mm Luger cartridge used in their MP40s.

I'm not sure if they used their standard MP40 mags though, but certainly it's not a Tommy gun mag because it was a Soviet gun used on the eastern front.

  • @Redfingers Ive also heard that the germans were always asking for more 7.63x25 ammo for their pistols, as they could use the very similar sized round in the captured PPSh-41's.

I believe the Germans did create an MP40 mag adapter for the PPSh, but certainly not one for a Thompson.

  • And that sr that you felt at the end was a fucking rush

  • aw he was so happy at the end of that, and wholy crap that fucking gun goes like shit!!!!!!

  • Ah my favorite gun for World war 2 <3

  • this is why the Soviets were first in Berlin.

  • I think i'd rather shoot 7.62x25 but cool none-the-less.

  • That was WWII folks.

  • 0:13 look how proud he is...almost adorable

  • wow...

  • give me a drum mag and im ready for school.

  • Thats the type of German macine gun manufacured by The USSR, captured by The Nazis and converted to 9mm,interesting enough Iran used to make the PPSH with a straight box just like your! This same ppsh with a straight clip(not drum or curved clip) has been manufactured by People on the Asia North West Frontier,a fact because I got a video of them test firing one-made in local Gunsmiths! These Men can make Lee Enfield Rifle copies and Kalashnikovs too!All faithful reproductions of their originals

  • all that was needed to win WW2

  • @rejuised

Yeah, 6 million made, often put into the hand of simple conscripts. Provided the Germans with some headaches alright.

Then again, it became the 3rd most common weapon used in the Germany army, because the Germans used any they could get their hands on. Even some Waffen SS troops were known to prefer it to their own MP40 for the tough conditions on the Eastern Front.

  • @McLarenMercedes i thought it was the second most common....

  • You are good at this stuff! Keep it up!

  • the only guy ive seen man enough to fire this thing full auto

  • @glasspuppyj136

    um....

    /watch?v=1VQpJj1TF7M&feature=related

    yeah

  • NIc tak nie cieszy, jak seria z PPSzy:P

  • wow i shit my shelf

  • Nic tak nie cieszy jak seria z pepeszy

  • i might prefer this piece to an ak47 in a close fight,as it appears more controlable.this is a vicious piece.

  • ppsh is greatest gun ever because it's very fast

  • the guy used it in the world war.

  • was that it? so quickly empty? that thing shoots fast!

  • What the hell was that...!!! so quick and awesome....!!!

  • Best frigging SMG in WWII

  • What the strange magazine?

  • @leokleve 9 mm box magazine

  • @SgtZaqq

But it isn't the real PPSH magazine. Isn't it

  • @leokleve of course, because there were no 9 mm PPSh (only german WWII conversions). It's 9 mm replica, I think.

  • @SgtZaqq

It may be a replica mag, but the PPSH is original.

  • @aceshigh7 original pre 1951?

  • @aceshigh7 it can't be original PPSh, because original PPSh is chambered in 7.62x25. Or maybe it is rechambered original?

  • @SgtZaqq

It's a 1944 PPSh, not too difficult to swap out the barrel and bolt assembly. He also has a kit for 9x23.

You're correct, though, normally it is in the original 7,62x25 config.

  • was the the full 20 rounds? jeez

  • My Grandma fought in 2nd Polish Peoples Army 1943-45 against Germans. They were tought and lead by Soviet officers in Polish uniforms. They learned from Russians, that the weapon PPSH 41 is called, Finka. And so they used the name. Perhaps only the drum magazine was copied. However, it was the drum magazine (is it two row?), that made it so very special.

  • @JojotAndTetoj

They called PPSh Finka because its predecessor (PPD) was introduced to the Army during the winter war.

Finland started factory to produce "pirated" Soviet PPsh and PPS in during 1942-43. They were much cheaper then homegrown Suomi

  • how can people own full auto in the USA

  • Russians copied it from Finns, they even called it Finka. Deadly weapon.Germans dropped theirs and chose pepesha if they could.

  • @JojotAndTetoj

Only drum magazine was a copy of the Finnish M31 Suomi.

    Read the wikipedia.

  • @JojotAndTetoj

Only drum magazine was a copy of the Finnish M31 Suomi.

    Read the wikipedia.

  • i think that this fires the 7.62x25mm (the ppsh-41's original cartridge) most people mistake the 9mm and the 7.62x25mm for the 9mm

  • @MrJp990 the germans built some PPSHs in 9mm in WWII.

  • @menju32 no they captured them and converted them to fire the 9x19 parabellum ( aka 9mm)

  • @MrJp990

The original PPSh fired 7.62x25, but the Germans would capture them and modify them to fire 9x19

  • Another "MUST HAVE" on my List of Weapon for the Zombie Invasion.

  • @22250rmntn HELL YEA!!!!!!!!!!!! that would be the best gun, besides the mg42, to use in a zombie invasion, gotta have the round drum on it 2 :)

  • @XMOONBOUNCEX

Funny how you should mention the MG42... thats the gun I want to have mounted on the top of my SUV as my improvised anti-zombie combat vehicle :-)

  • @XMOONBOUNCEX hey what about the Ma Deuce? (.50 cal m2 browning machine gun) that thing would rip some shit up

  • @XMOONBOUNCEX

Round drum? The MG-42 is belt fed.

  • @cauberallies belt fed from a drum sometimes.they make 50 round drum magazines for the mg42....

  • @airsoftrules987

Maybe you're thinking of belt boxes. And I can't imagine an MG-42 being limited to 50 rounds, especially with it's incredible rate of fire.

  • @cauberallies no the mg 42 has a 50 round box magazine.it is just a box that holds a 50 round belt for transporting and shooting while mobile

  • That echo... damn.

  • That echo... damn.

  • HAHA! The best part is his enthusiastic "WOW" at 0:13. So Epic! xD

  • Comment removed

  • ...wow...

  • is this one a german capture then converted 9mm

  • Imagine that gun, TONS of ammo, and a zombie invasion. Orgasm.

  • @Woozi1 I would buy Suomi KP :P

  • i like that dude...He is pretty cool for his age

  • Awersome gun and what a cool guy. Like his personality, then again, who wouldn't be happy firing one of these.

  • damn! that echo after he shoots is pretty intense

  • 9mm? I thought the ppsh fired the 7.62x25?

  • @smoraptor he said 9mm "conversion"

  • @sparrow270 i know i saw that like 2 seconds after i posted that lol. Im just glad some jack off didnt call me on it by calling me a fag or something lol

  • @smoraptor he said in the beginning that it was a conversion.

    (sorry for late reply :/)

  • @joh04667 Its cool and i know i posted it before i saw the video. (silly me)

  • its sound slike a small minigun!

  • what states can u fire this gun on full auto

  • @SJBKAirsoft if your thinking of buying one you gotta remember what states you can OWN one in to, and trust me its not easy getting a license to own a automatic gun

  • why you say conversion do yoy mean you made it an automatic from a semi auto reproduction mosel?

  • @Mauser2012 No, he changed the ammo type to a 9mm.

  • wow the RPM is crazy it eats rounds up fast

  • wow is one fuckin word to discribe it lol

  • WOW!

  • Russian stick mags with the 7.62 look better than the German stick 9mm

also the 7.62 Tokarev is much cooler than the 9mm Parabellum

  • that thing eats up ammo! no wonder they put drums on it :)

  • Holy shit at the recoil.

  • 20 rounds in less than 2 secounds!!

  • looks like the combat shotgun from Fallout 3

  • @shadowsteel5 no the shotgun looks like the ppsh-41 pre german conversion

  • @shadowsteel5 Yes, there are some rumors that the developers used the PPSH41 as a model for the Fallout shotgun

  • @Jesses001 Hardly rumours they look exactly the same :P

  • wow is right! love that sound.

  • no wonder russia won ww2. mp40 vs. ppsh41...

  • dont fuck with this guy

  • i LOVE ww2 weapons

  • "WOW" XD

  • wow! lol

  • ahhaha thats soo cool lol it shoots so fast lol

    nice vid

  • gawd that is fast

  • hehe this ppsh-41 its copy from Finlands wepon on old time russians started to make copys from it because it was better than theyr own finland had 75 ammos on it and russians had only 30-50 so theyr did suck and we didnt have recoil so much on that gun and ussians had^^

  • wow is right! I want one!

  • wow the russians kno how to make a gun

  • yeh stick it to those commie bastards! nazi pricks lol

  • seiously if u dont like it dont watch it and if u think its wrong dont comment so STFU little noobs

  • So the PPSh doesn't use 9mm? Damn Reds, cant make things easy.

  • ....."wow"

  • dude u hella stupid

  • It's so sad in real life, the gun is known for overheating like a mofo in CQC and the drum mag is useless, considering the fact it falls off and you're fked by the Germans.... stick mags are the way to go :) Even the Thompson had problems with drum magazines :D

  • burp gun!

  • @Mikethekinslayer I hope your killed by robber.

  • @Mikethekinslayer why do you fucking liberals have to pick on the law abiding gun owners. we're not the ones you see on tv killing people, its the criminals. there is a reason why we have the second amendment for self defense. i'm sorry your daddy didn't have a gun to show you how fun it is to hunt and do a little target practice. so all you anti gun pricks.... suck on my machine gun

    ted nugent for 2012 president!!!

  • @dgysale11

Why do you fat armchair commandos assume all "liberals" dislike guns.

and Ted Nugent is a fat hypocritical prick

  • if you didnt like guns, y did you click this video?! (if you didint know, your comment got 7 thombs down on the ppsh video

  • @Mikethekinslayer

That was a silly, thoughtless thing to say.

You're anti-gun yet hope for violence?

    Read more and post less.

  • @Mikethekinslayer

Cram it, fuckface. I hope all of you bedwetting liberal pussies that are anti-gun rights, have your lives saved one day by us "owners of guns". Then we'll see if you're still the ignorant fucking cunts you are today.

  • @cauberallies you know they're going to consider it what their entitled to and redouble their efforts afterwards. The only good thing about liberals is that they die eventually.

  • thats fast

  • isnt the suomi in 9mm parabellum? So couldnt you just get that instead of a convertion( ppsh based on Suomi)

  • i agree with you fst3v0 that gun is sick

  • @shoshada It is sick, it is the sickest gun ever made, i've always sad that about the ppsh-41, 900 rounds per minute, it is a monster. Higher rate of fire than an ak-47 and way more simple.

  • but suomi m31 is better and original desing : )

  • i'm... ooooh so jealous... if i could own ONE automatic firearm... it would be the ppsh... P90 in close second place... Damn that thing is sexy

  • @fst3v0 I'd be stuck on a M1918A3 B.A.R., and this.

  • @fst3v0 I had a captured one in Vietnam. It was one sexy weapon, and rugged and reliable as hell. Unfortunately, I couldn't bring it home.

  • I like the classic rounddrum for that gun

  • @Mig1446 this gun gets me hard as a rock, lol

  • nice

  • Where can I get an adapter for .50 cal for the PPSh?

    (jk)

  • good luck Frozen Anarchy. with a .50 cal I doubt that you are able to control the weapon. Think about the recoil.

  • I know, I know. Still.

  • your an idiot its about grain not caliber

  • Where can I get an adapter for 9mm of PPSH?? Thanks!!

  • "Dimitri!! What the fuck do you call that?! Put that shit down!!"

  • wow that gun is bad ass

  • cod 5 rocks huffle puff the great probaly likes cod 2

  • what's the firing rate, 600 rpm

  • 900 rpm

  • daaaaamn!

  • 900 on a bad day

  • woow!!! nice gun!

  • HufflepuffTheGreat

ur ass hole sux man =/

i saw it and that shit got shitt on it :S

    thats fucked up u___

    LOL x)

  • its russian

  • 9 mm? It's probably a replica, 'cause the original ppsh 41 fires 7,62x25 rounds! If you don't believe me, check on wikipedia.

  • the ones captured by the germans were converted to 9x18 (9mm)

  • 9x19, not 18. 9x18 is Russian Makarov.

  • wikipedia are just opinions not acctual info

  • im not sayin ur wrong but jus so u know wikipedia isnt always right anyone can post anything on there

  • it is russian but the germans captured them and converted them to 9mm and made it so they could take mp 40 mags

  • CoD5 sucks.

  • Where can i get one?

  • Maybe Russia :P

  • gun show.

  • you could probably find one but it would cost you thousands of dollars

  • Nice Beast.

  • Yeah this is my all-time favorite gun :)

  • ВЕЩ!!!)

  • Wooooooow Deadly !!!

  • russians made a mistake about ppsh 41 its not good if a lttle bit of sand or rock goes in it it will stop working but the new AK 44 improved that now its the best gun in the world

  • can someone tell me where i could a ppsh 41 replica or model cheap?

  • The m/31 suomi smg from Finland it propably better smg tha ppsh, because ppsh is actually a copy of m31. The soviets agent stole the blueprints of m/31 smg and they designed ppsh from it.

  • probably better?

you mean it was probablt better because it was designed first?

    not much of an argument

  • m31

+it was more accurate than ppsh.

    +almost same rate of fire.

+same amount of ammo in the drum mag.

    -it was heavier.

-it wasnt as easy to build and costed shitload more to produce then ppsh.

  • I have no idea why people are down-voting your comment, when you're right.

  • I respect your patriotic belief, but there was a lot of differences between two sub-mg types in building and working, maybe only round drum concept is genuine Finnish: in wartime and in scoring a woman all tricks are allowed :D. It seems same ethernal unnecessary diatribe MP/44-AK47...

  • why would you want to convert to 9mm?

  • more common in the states.

  • 20 rounds in 1 second. That's quick. :)

  • holy fuk thats my fav gun in Cod5 PS3 it pwns!!

  • yes, it sure does

a nice 71 round magazine with a high rate of fire, some 900 rounds a minute

probably the best allround SMG of WW2

  • Can anyone vouch for the accuracy of the ppsh-41?(i know its an smg but i still want to know)

  • My favorite weapon in CoD:WaW.. Thats awesome gun :D Real nazi killer

  • This gun just spits bullets out really fast.

  • Don't North Korea still use this gun?

  • My favorite gun in Call of duty 2.

  • wow! the larger magazine carries 71 rounds. but 25 is good too. nice video

  • gota love the burp gun

  • The burp gun was the (german) mp-40 not the (russian) ppsh.

  • burp

  • Thats a nazi destroyer!

  • Made in Soviet Union...,not in modern Russia..

  • soviet union is russia

  • was
