By a theory called Hakwins Radiation. Its a theory that says there is a type of particle in our atmosphere capable of dissolving black holes. this theory has not been proved but, scientists have proven that there are miniature black holes that hit earth everyday that are destroyed. Whether it is Hawkins Radiation or another force. There is something out there that does destroy black holes in our atmosphere. I hope that answers your question. No, we're not gonna die. What I mean by 90% is that I'm 90% sure that the this is going to work foolproof nothing will go wrong. The other 10% is the idea that it may create a black hole but, I believe it will be destroyed by Hawkins Radiation which is a theory that says we have radiation in the world that destroys black holes. Well, I have to agree there are many people in this world that should not be in this world. But, unfortunately there is nothing we can do about that in the whole black hole idea because they are completely uncontrollable. I do have to say though we should find a way to dispose of these people without either declaring war and getting the innocents killed or dropping a nuke also killing the innocents. Though if we did this, half the youtube population would disappear.

Those never cause any damage to us, this means there is something that is destroying these black holes, whether its hawkins radiation or whatever else, it is still destroying these black holes keeping us from any danger. The same thing will happen when the protons collide, it may cause a black hole, but that will be destroyed before it can cause us any harm.
