I'm surprised there aren't more Hugo players who taunt. Since many opponents are afraid of going near Hugo and he has excellent trip moves, he has an even better chance at creating taunt opportunities. Even Hayao doesn't taunt, and his Gigas Breaker makes everyone tremble. Perhaps they consider it cheap?

The taunt is weak, the % of defense increase is low (compared to Q anyway), the taunt in itself is long and easily punishable if not at least by a projectile, which is enough to almost entirely nullify the boost you just gave yourself.

I'm no pro but just giving my opinion here, and IMO, its not worth the trouble but I guess it can help if used well. Just not as much as Q.

Of course Hugo's taunt isn't as good as Q's. But Hugo's a hell of a lot scarier to get close to, and many players try to play keepaway against him. Perfect taunt opportunities. Plus, if Hugo lands an Ultra Throw and doesn't do Shootdown Backbreaker or Megaton Press, he can do two taunts with no danger whatsoever.

Still, most Hugo players like to try to get close. To each his own.

I don't think they consider anything cheap in Japan, if runaway Genei-Jin is tolerated (and since it's so good :P). All bugs and tricks must be exploited (except ones like Ken's neutral grab killing Makoto, for some cabs, or the 2 Necro/Q glitches, which I don't like to use).

Twelve it is not hard to use!! in my opinion I think hes not conventional, you know? he has no uppercuts nor fireballs... that's why!! he a weapn himself!! do you want somehitng else?? XD

Twelve has 1 attack that is cancellable (into a friggin high jump wtf), his heavy attacks have retarded lag, he has crap priority on most of his moves, and most of his strategy revolves around avoiding your opponent and counter attacking. I'd say he's pretty damn difficult to win a fight with compared to other characters.

He's got at least 1 link into super, and an easy hit-confirm, but his SAI does crappy damage, anyhoo. Good tech-throwers are hard for him to beat, yeah :P
