Wow, I have to say that this is the best ending out of all the resident evil games up to this moments. It's a good ending because it explains things that were not witnesed before and i'm talking about the whole story not only what just happened, for example when Kevin Rayman leaves the city talking about training the rookies and all of a sudden Leon Kennedy's police car is arriving at the place, that was just awesome

Regarding the bombing of Raccoon and how Outbreak skewed that detail, I had just took it as a preliminary barrage of bunker busters to open up some of the more fortified Umbrella and military nooks in the city so the final nuclear bomb could really clear that shit out. I mean, if you wanna make sense of a plothole.. that's a good way to do it.

According to this game they weren't nuclear missiles because the US stopped testing/using nuclear weapons in their own territory, so it was a a barrage of missiles instead in this game

I still remember those days awake in front of tv playing and helping ppl get theirs events.

Even so, i think OUTBREAK series deserves a remake for PC or any console whose could keep it up for years...

capcom should really remake this game for the pc. I have a few ideas of my own such as putting the game in 1st person and shooting is done by the ironsight and its shakey for increase reallstic tension. Special abilities of character kicks in despite being in 1st person and the maps should have a special area where only a certain character can go in. Plus all 10 scenarios from the series should connect and how ur group act in the game determine where u go next in the story, so different twists.

Kevin, Mark, and Cindy escaped the city during the Desperate times scenario with Rita and that other cop dude. Jim and Alyssa escaped through the woods separately.

Nice vid. My personal interpretation of the ending is that George, Cindy, Kevin and Jim all go the university route and escape in the chopper, while the others go the lab route and Alyssa, Yoko and Linda espace in the chopper while Mark and David take the jeep.
