Nice vid very inspirational. One question for you Kev do you ever hit those punching bags for cardio that would be coo if you did a vid of you punching tha bags. Boxing for me is tha best type of cardio out there and most fun also.
And really, a treadmill cuts at least half the effort out of running...you don't have to project yourself forward. And IFBB doesn't necessarily mean he is some sort of certified practitioner of exercise science, physiology or something like that. Not hating...just saying.
