    Fasted cardio is the best way to drop BF. Your body has no fuel source but what fat and gycogen. Protein can be converted to energy, albeit slower than carbs, but you want ALL of the energy storage coming from your body reserves, not an external food source.

  • great vids kev but umm serratus anterior is a abductor of the scap your not hitting serratus anterior like that im sry i just got done with clinical schooling where i had to learn actions of every muscle and kinesiology... there are better was to hit serratus anterior. ( on the bench arms in extension pushing up with both scaps) works best ... hope i can help ya there buddy

  • Nice vid very inspirational. One question for you Kev do you ever hit those punching bags for cardio that would be coo if you did a vid of you punching tha bags. Boxing for me is tha best type of cardio out there and most fun also.

  • And really, a treadmill cuts at least half the effort out of running...you don't have to project yourself forward. And IFBB doesn't necessarily mean he is some sort of certified practitioner of exercise science, physiology or something like that. Not hating...just saying.

  • kev, i thought full sit ups were a thing of the past and bad for your back, and crunches were more effective?

  • I somewhat agree cuz treadmills are bad because it pushes for you and it causes damage to the joints. I still run in them alot tho.

  • Or maybe one day, try some all out sprints: 50-60m, 9times, 2-4minutes break. It's some good shit.
