I grew up in the church of Christ. Homosexuality is one of those issues where the church of Christ should be taking an inclusive stand because of the hermeneutic it uses. Early restorationists rebuked superstition and embraced what they thought was logic and reasoning. Unfortunately, the CoC does not. Many CoC congregations teamed up with protestants, Catholics, and Mormons to pass prop 8 in California. Many CoC churches spew hate toward their gay brothers and sisters. this is why I left.

Isn't being stupid and ignorant rewarded by churches. They hate anything hat has to do with modern science, such as mathematics, relativity, and probability theory; all three of which undoubtedly support the theories of the big bang and evolution.
Undoubtedly means that it is undeniable, definitively. I'm an applied mathematician working right now on VERITAS with high energy particle physics. Since I was trained in school for over a decade studying physics , I think I can safely say that I know what I am talking about when it comes to those three things I said: mathematics (which helps with the next two), relativity, and probability (which QED and QM is pure probability).

We humans think we're so smart that we can sit behind a computer and say and do what-so-ever we choose, and that we're 'never' going to pay a price for it. Well, whether they believe or they don't believe 'God is Soverign, He is LORD' and they will pay for what they've done by making fun of God/Jesus and their church. Undoubtedly means that it is undeniable, definitively. I'm an applied mathematician working right now on VERITAS with high energy particle physics. Since I was trained in school for over a decade studying physics , I think I can safely say that I know what I am talking about when it comes to those three things I said: mathematics (which helps with the next two), relativity, and probability (which QED and QM is pure probability).

I don't have to have a degree (Which actually I do) to believe in God, and understand the Bible for what it is. Last time I checked if you believe in the Bible, or any of it's contents, the big band theory and evolution are not relevant. We have this crazy thing called, "faith."
