Hi Timmy, some positive advise.

a) Try to turn into the wind with the boat and try standing on the frontdek to launch the kite.

b) If the kite dives into the water or the screw you guys are screwed line failure engine mess.

c) Try to learning kiting on land first.

d) Don't be nervous with kites but have some patience.

e) Don't listen to your dad let him swim back or buy you a decent kite like the Nighthawk Fishing Kite for instance.

f) Good luck and remember to pratice in easy conditions first.
