This would be all right for any of the more modern series with Starscream in it, but I'm a big fan of the late Chris Latta's work with Starscream in G1. Maybe you can stretch your vocal muscles a bit and try out Chris' Starscream (he didn't get the nickname in that series "Screamer" for nothing, after all XD).

I feel like you're a bit too monotone and calm up until 0:53 where it picks up a bit, you need a bit more crazy and a bit more emotion behind that voice. We should be able to hear sarcasm as you pledge your loyalty. It seems like you're channeling a little more of Shockwave than Starscream in this video IMHO.

I do love your work though, Ivan.

You do know that voice acting isn't about the range but the acting, yes? It's good to have range but people are usually cast based off their normal speaking voice.

I could have done many different voices for Starscream but they wouldn't fit with his character. I try to use voices that will fit so if I have to use my old standby voices then so be it.

I'm no Mel Blanc but hopefully the acting will help compensate for that.
