i recently went to this resort and i had a blast until the 4th evening, i got swimmers ear, and my ear swelled shut. (p.s. if this happens to you just go to the ear specialist in playa del carmen opposed to going to the clinic actually on the resort, its a waste of 150 USD and he'll just be able to tell you what you already know

Absolutely loved this resort! Will definately return someday and recommend it. The X-ell Ha Tours to the snorkle park is one of the best you will enjoy it! If you like snorkeling

It is amazing for all the family tbh i went and i had the best time of my life the only downside out of the entire trip was the cagin restaurant, the humidity and the plane ride from scotland takes 10 hours lol. I 100% reccomend this resort and i also recommend jungle jims atv tour so great.

I did like it food was good,but the drinks were watererd down big time! Coral was hard on the feet on the Beach.. had a coconut rum and pinapple drink,and it tasted like bad kool-aid

Good snorkeling, in a protected cove, and there is coral around but it is off to one side

Yes there is a dance club on the premises. It opens at about 10pm and goes until 2am every night. I had an awesome time there last year! ;-)

Ciao. Io ho andato a l'anno passato. L'albergo era fantastica. La nurritura e buona, non e una cosa magnifica, ma e buona. C'e i lavoratori a l'albergo chi sono molto gentile. La spiaggia e buono, non e fantastica, ma buono. A l'acqua tu poi vedere molto pesci. La piscina e fantastica! E molto grande. C'e due piscine. Se tu vuoi una bella vacanza a Messico, vai a Grand Serenis Riviera Maya! Io sono canadese ma i miei genitori sono italiani. Ciao!

Just got back a week ago. Excellent!!!. But the Grand Sirenis is more of a family / couples kind of place. The service and food was next to none and the place is beautiful. I love the attitude of the mexican people, and there are lots of things to see and do on the Riviera Maya. I give it a 9.5 out of 10.

totally great resort thinking about booking up again. We went on day trip to xel-ha only 20 min away there for the day great if we had time we would have went to playa de carmen about 45 min drive fantasic beaches and good deals at the markets. o they have about 4 dif restaurants in resort make sure you try the italian superb.. great holiday great resort very clean very friendly 10/10

great video!you should have shown the reefs they were amazing!that hut on the rock was really cool. I think it might have been a mayan look out or something cuz there was a peek hole inside. The nature is amazing too. Sometimes at night there would be tiny geckos crawling around the restaurant walls. Also, on the beach there would sometimes be huge iguanas around 3 feet long running about looking for fruit. I enjoyed this resort and i recomend it to everyone!!! the food is great also.
