1. There is over a month between the end of the regular season and the BCS games. No team should be limping into those games with a month to prepare and rest.
2. If anything, playing tougher teams throughout the season should leave a team better prepared for big games and therefore they should breeze by teams like Boise State and Utah. (didn't happen)

MWC is ok. If TCU was in the SEC they would have lost at least 3 games last year... same goes for Boise. Winning one game over an SEC school isn't equivalent to going through the SE C regular season grind. Everyone slips up. Alabama was the first SEC school to EVER go undefeated throughout a whole season... there is a reason for that.
