I sang this a year ago in my choir, SSA version. I was first soprano, and those notes were HIGH :L I'm middle/alto now. We sang it a little faster though.

this is one of my memory songs from way back when in 5th grade. we sang this song as a "pyramid choir" with other elementary and middle school singers. i was a soprano!

Made region last year, but, much to my embarrassment, I com-PLETELY botched the rhythm on Sure on this Shining Night. (You ever practice something TOO much? 0.0 I'm serious! Your voices were great: awesome vowels and diction. When I sang this we sped it up quite a bit... so it feels like it's dragging to me, but I'm sure you meant to sing it as slow as you did, because it sounds very professional! Awesome job!

@RenaissanceReborn It's funny, I'm working on this right now in my women's choir, and although it's the same arrangement, my choir director has us singing a lot slower, so this feels fast to me! I feel like it's been slowly sped up!

anyways, I honestly don't know how you think this drags on. I'm not being rude or anything(I hope), but our choir is learning this at a much slower tempo. like at the 'no storm can shake my [I]inmost calm[/I]' we have i-in most caaalm.. or something to that effect. going down by half-steps I think.

...I'm getting sidetracked again... anyways, Great job to the choir.
