If you do that, then really, there's no way you wouldn't get results. The info is all there, the rest is pretty much up to you.

Too much running and the resistance training is weak ... up the resistance training at a higher intensity to keep the heart rate up to get a better overall outcome through endurance plus greater body mass, thus increasing overall body metabolism and fat burning capability.

My comments are that you cannot do any of these exercises + cardio unless you've assessed your client. Poor form and forward head carriage on all exercises. And emphasis on quads vs. posterior leg muscles for female should be discussed. Where is your corrective exercise program and corrective stretching? I love how you waste the clients time doing cardio, if the strength exercises were exectuted properly their heart rate would be up (and you wouldn't do any cardio at all!).
Other comments are correct, that's the worst pushup form I've ever seen from an instructor. Keep your butt down, the backs of the legs and the spine should form a straight line.
@kittyminty straight spin alignment is horrible for you it causes strain on your disks and makes for no cusion if you were to fall straight down a natural curved spine is best it takes strain off the disks and allows cushion during an impact or workout
Bad idea on single leg squat. Already the whole exercise world has gone mad with too much emphasis on the quads. This is especially bad for women. Don't do it!!!
@maryamz Yes they are. An improper push-up would be one where the lower back is sagging and placing pressure on the spine. Just because they're not going the full range of motion (I'm assuming that's what you're referring too) does not make it improper
I like how alot of these videos talk about "burning fat in this amountof time or that amount of time"...how about....oh, I don't know.....EATING LESS!!???
true. There are no healthy resturants nearby, how difficult is it to build a resturant with salad at a reasonable price? its just mcdonalds and burger king everywhere you go.
what i do is... get on a stationary bike.... put it an easy level... for 5 minute... then increase the reistance level and cycle really fast for 15 sec ... then bring it back to a medium resistance (higher than what you use for warm up but lower than the sprint cycle) ... repeat this 10 times... then set the resistance level back to the original setting during warm up and cool down for 5 minute... all this in 30 mins.. and eat right too...
good stuff, most girls/women would struggle with this... let's hope they do it and improve! (A lot of guys would benefit from 20mins of this too... heh)
