@gutshotFilms Dude, Manny (the bassist) was in GJ when they recorded EYEWTKAS. I know they have changed, but I really like Coloring Book. I do agree, they suck live now, but back in 2006-07, it was the same line-up, and they were fucking killing it. Watch the performances of John Fucking Lennon from 2006 and tell me they weren't awesome.

good god THIS IS NOT GLASSJAW. the original band had TWO guitarists, not ONE (makes a big fucking difference) and they replaced their drummer. not to mention daryl behaves like hes making fun of his material from 2002 instead of performing it. THESE GUYS ARE A JOKE COMPARED TO GLASSJAW

@Mariooo57 the drummer and the bassist in this performance were not part of the band when they recorded Everything You Ever Wanted To Know or W and T. the two albums that DEFINE the band. therefor, i think it's pretty safe to say that it doesnt matter how long they played with only TWO of the original FIVE members since releasing an album that, by no means, compares to anything the original band accomplished a decade ago

However, it is a known fact the Daryl and Beck have always been the main inspiration of glassJAw, and " Our Color Green " and " Coloring Book " both have the glassJAw sound, even if it tastes different, you can say it's still glassJAw. I miss Todd too, but their new music is still awesome, so keeping the same name is appropriate.

@MyDogCanSurf sorry bro with an awesome dog, but you're wrong. it's the same argument with any band that continues to tour or even release new music with a completely new lineup and only one original member. but in this case, it's worse because they lost an entire instrument. billy corgan still plays and releases new music using the name the smashing pumpkins, but he's THE ONLY ORIGINAL MEMBER. of course it's going to sound similar, but by no means is it "appropriate" to keep the same name
