what didnt you understand? the clips shows what their ENDS are, and the means to get there is the legislation they are trying to push through. with progressives..the ends justify the means. at any COSTS. Capitalism, is not usually a base for society, not even in America; not yet at least.
When capitalism takes over the government, then it is a fascist state; then and only then is it not socialism.
