These classes empower the spirit and mind of the brown skinned, which in turn frightens a lot of whites. I stand with the brown Arizona, and also with the white Arizona who understands. These demonstrations do not relieve the Ethnic Studies program of its heavily anti-capitalism, anti-USA teachings and does not change the fact that it views historical conflicts through the lens of racism. The ethnic studies program currently taught in the US is similar to those from South America (heavy communist/socialist teachings), which explains why foreigners from Peru were trying to expose the program for what it really is. I feel sorry for the indoctrinated students.

Excuse me, but what NONE of you seem to understand is that the main reason these classes are being targeted is because it's a political thing the current attorney general of Arizona, Tom Horne, is the one who wrote that law into being mainly so he could get elected, and also so he could ride that anti-immigration wave to get it passed. Since when the hell did teaching American history from another point of view become a damn threat to anybody? How the hell is THAt supposed to be illegal?

The issue is not the teaching of ethnic history it's the teaching that all who are here and not white are oppressed. Last thing I knew we had a black man in the white house. Doesn't sound like oppression there. These kids are pawns and activists in training mostly at the hands of open border groups. The reason there are ethnic studies classes in the first place is because up until recently as 40 years ago, ALL history was basically Caucasian studies classes---American history was only taught from a white perspective,PERIOD, that virtually ignored ANY contribution non-white Americans had made. So why the hell should that even be illegal to teach in the damn place? I just find that whole issue so stupid, and I find the fact that they even banned ridiculous as hell.

They passed out T-shirts to the students that showed California, Arizona, New Mexico, Oregon, Nevada and Colorado on a map with "AZTLAN TERRITORY: ANY QUESTIONS?" in big letters on the back. I know from first-hand experience that they teach separatism and treason against the US government. Anyone who says otherwise (like our smirking professor) is lying to your face.
