@joaquinveyron What I find fascinating is that when Baader Meinhof gang started their champaign, there were similar violent student reactions (so called revolution) all over the world...in France, Parts of Asia including INdia, where students of high merit were driven by Maoism and started violent movement (its called Naxalite movement).
@Dustupajee I am a charitable person, I will try to do my best to help persons who are needy, but I am certainly not socialist. Look, in Germany 52 % of the federal budget (!!!!) is spent on the social welfare system. Did it help to fight social problems?? No, quite the opposite. This system made many people dependent on social welfare.
@Dustupajee "where students of high merit were driven by Maoism " Yes, because socialism/communist seemed to make quite tempting offers. All it promises is a "better world full of friendship, harmony, end of poverty, equality" and the result always has been that people were made equal, equally poor and miserable.
I do not support what the RAF did, but nevertheless I do recognize US as imperial forces that has been threatening global peace in a calculated manner past seventy years. A demoralized muslim youth kills citizen, but may be the money to buy the explosives are provided by CIA themselves. Poking nose in other people's business is US hobby
@Dustupajee You words seemed to be well thought and refined. I apologize for my rude words, as you seem to have honest and valid arguments. The points you make - although I can't tell you whether they are substantial or not - at least can be made to discuss about. You are right to question the war in Iraq and Afghanistan. I am unsure myself whether the reasons to carry out this intervention are justified or not.
@Dustupajee I also would have wished for a peaceful negotiation of the US with the government and countries who allegedly were harboring terrorists. On the other hand, I also can understand that military action are justifiable after the events of 9/11. We all know that you cannot really fight terrorism with military force, but only by removing the roots of terrorism, I also believe that the USA and the west has been made a scapegoat for internal problems in many countries.
@Dustupajee In general, discussing with me whether the threat of terrorism or simple economic interests in the Gulf region are the real reason for the war in Irag and Afg., doesn't really make sense. The fact is, I don't know. Neither do you know what are the true reasons. In the past, many military interventions, wars and even covert operations of the US, however are clearly to be seen in the attempts to prevent communism from expending not peacefully, but also militarily.
@Dustupajee Korean war, also Vietnam war (also this didn't have the same constellation) was clearly a proxy war in the Cold War. Why do lefties ignore that South Korea was invaded by the North, with the help of Stalin and Mao? Why do they ignore that many military actions have been carried out by the USSR? How would the world have reacted if the US had sent tanks to Mexico to oppress freedom demonstrations like the USSR did in GDR (53), Hungary (56), Poland (56), Prague (68)??
@joaquinveyron That is what I say the hypocrisy of the communist. Seriously I am a person of socialist mindset, but really haven't met a communist who have openly criticized Afgan invasion by the soviets or China's occupation of TIBET....Frankly the present political situation in the globe is so confusing, I do not know what to believe.
@Dustupajee But we are discussing issues that are not at hadn here, anyhow. The issue at hand is the RAF and its motives (if there were any at all that really were thought through). On wiki you find as motives armed resistance and proletarian revolution. Resistance against what and for what reasons?? So a little bit of opposition to the Vietnam war, a little bit of revolutionary dreaming?? That's it?? If you are only half the honest and sincere person I consideryou, you would hat the RAF.
@Dustupajee The RAF hated the political system in Germany. For what reasons?? Bcs Germany was a democracy where everybody could express his view publicly?? Bcs Germany was a free and social market economy that became the most successful economy in Europe after WW2?? If they loved revolution and communism so much, why didn't they emmigrate to their communist brothers in the USSR or GDR?? Bcs they were the most hypocrite, confused and dishonest persons ever.
@Dustupajee The consideration you have about 9/11 and the US led war on terrorism seem to be justified, but they have nothing to do with the crimes and the mental confusion of the RAF (not only bcs this wouldn't be possible for timely reasons anyhow).
@Dustupajee The ideologic distortion of the RAF didn't know no limits. Anybody who disagreed with them, called their actions injust, crimes or stupid, anybody who was in business or politics, was a "fascist or imperialist capitalist pig". That's how they planned to "better the society" and "revolutionize" the world?? That's how they planned to make the world "free and just" by inserting ignorance, stupidity, intolerance and violence???
@Dustupajee "imperial forces that has been threatening global peace in a calculated manner past seventy years. " I can't see this point. Apart from the US led operations in Iraq and Afghanistan all (well many of most of the operations) carried out by the US during the past 70 years were justified and for good reasons. If it hadn't been for the US, the WW2 may have been won by Hitler, the USSR would have occupied Korea, SEA, South America, Africa and Western Europe.
What made US drop A bomb in Hiroshima and Nagasaki, Destroy Dresden with the british, Massacre people in Vietnam and now in Iraq and Afganistan...their stand for justice and freedom. See how many children and livesare being destroyed by US, what about their freedom and justice. US will brand any country terrorist if it wishes to suck its natural resources.Birth of Al qaeda was cosponsored by US....Beakon of freedom...hah a nation of immigrants always grabbing other peoples' property..Suckers
@Dustupajee "What made US drop A bomb in Hiroshima and Nagasaki, Destroy Dresden with the british, " I don't really have to exlain you this, do I? This is called WW2, where many lives have been saved by avoiding a longer and bloodier fighting, although many military experts say that the bombing of Dresen wasn't really necessary from a military point of view. Nevertheless, you have to take into consideration the atrocities commited by the Nazis at the beginning and during the WW2.
@joakimveyron- you call US a beakon of freedom...it had no business in WW 2 but its corporates sponsored the war even the Nazis. US intelligence is probably behind creating all sorts of trouble in the world. They really do not fight communism, if they did then they could have stopped Stalin from taking east germany instead they made a deal with the bastard and put the Germans into misery of so many decades. How can one a rational minded support US bullying other countries.
@Dustupajee "but its corporates sponsored the war even the Nazis" I am not so sure about this but I will check. I guess, if it is true, it was that they hoped Hitler would keep the communists down. On the other hand, you also will know that Stalin supported Nazi Germany with oil and food deliveries (these deliveries stopped, obviously, when Hitler attacked the Soviet Union).
@NuJeL Thanks for uploading this movie. I don t know what makes me puke more. @fishswiss Try to contemplate the 120 million people killed by communists in peace time either directly as part of terror or as so-called "political enemies" (but political enemy in the communist term is somebody who tries to improve a situation by criticizing or even only questioning the party bureaucrats) or as a consequence of the idiotic policies of planned economy that created vast famines where it wasn't necessary at all (i.e. where no natural cause existed).

@Dustupajee And even given the point that the Vietnam war was wrong and unjust, what has this do with the RAF? They didn't kill people in a very cowardous way to stop the Vietnam war.
In the stupid, unintelligent, ideologically distortioned mindset, they wanted to install communism in Germany, which would have turned Germany right into the shithole of misery, poverty, exploitation, murder and slavery that other communist countries were. RAF are just dumb killers with a lack of intelligence.
@Dustupajee western.europe.and.america" are leading because of high productivity, innovation and quality. But times are changing anyhow. But yes, go back to your socialism. Yiiiipppiiieeehhhhhhhh!!!
@Dustupajee Try to contemplate the victims of the aggressive imperialistic expansion policy of communist countries, supporting regimes in Africa, SAmerica, and actively taking part or executing in military interventions and invasions of several countries (Afghanistan, South Korea, Angola, Vietnam, Nicaragua, Ethiopia, Chinese Civil War and not to forget Eastern Europe, where the USSR intervened more than 10 times (GDR, Poland, Prague, Budapest, Romania, etc.)).
@joaquinveyron I agree with you. I know what these communist regimes has done. but I am talkinig about recent global threat and it seems to me it is USA. Frankly my friend the a terrible incidence of 9/11 seems to me as just a set up create a false insecurity so that US campaign anywhere in the world could be justified. Just simply answer this question, why would a poor farmer from Afganistan would hate american? Why would america al all have enemy across atlantic?
@joaquinveyron I do not support what RAF did but I do recognize just like them the american imperialism. I do not praise communism, if you read my comment you will know that I have said that communism is just another ism to manipulate the mass not to improve them. By the way I would appreciate if you be little gentle in your comments. We are just ordianry people that is why we are typing on you tube. Whats the use shitting each other here.
Soviet military interventyion in the Eastern bloc:
- forced occupation of the Eastern bloc by the Soviet Union after WW2
- attempted take over of Western Berlin in 1948/9
- installation of brutal dictatorships in these countries + secret police + terror
- Party control through purges and show trials several party purges between 1948 and 1953, including 90,000 purged in Bulgaria, 200,000 in Romania (about one third of party), 200,000 in Hungary, 300,000 in East Germany,
370,000 in Poland (about one quarter of party members) and 550,000 in Czechoslovakia (30% of the party). In the Estonian SSR, a purge of "bourgeois nationalists" from the Estonian Communist party occurred from 1949 to 1951.[46] In Czechoslovakia, approximately 130,000 people were sent to prisons, labor camps and mines
- Violent surpression of uprisings in the GDR (1953), Hungary (1956), Poland (1956), Prague (1968), Romania (1989).
@Dustupajee Thanks USA for its intervention in Western Europe that the communist nightmare in the Eastern bloc was at least spared to us in Western Europe.

@Dustupajee Thanks USA for its intervention in Western Europe that the communist nightmare in the Eastern bloc was at least spared to us in Western Europe.

@urbantactix No need to spread the "news". Everybody knows that communism is the bloodiest, most oppressive, most despotic ideology that only brought death, ecological and economic disasters where it reigned. No need to spread the "news" about communism. Planned economy is the epitomacy of idiocy. What is good about communism?? What problem did communism effectively solve in history?? Name me only ONE country where communism did not end up in a rotten shithole?

Thanks a lot, pretty chilling. I've always found to story of Gudrun Ensslin and her RAF peers to be fascinating. That does not mean I support the RAF, their ideas and their methods of course.
