  • if u can run crysis maxed out did it take u 2 second to upload this video

  • Nice setup man ! Check out my Sli rig videos :)

  • i think you are rich?

  • ha no , im not rich.

  • can i run it on max settings with this : • MB MSI X58 PLATINUM • CPU Intel Core i7 920 Box • HDD 1000 GB WD SATA2 32MB • RAM DDR3 4GB/1333 Hynix • VGA MSI N250GTS-2D1G-OC • Sound blaster 7.1 • 2 x LAN 10/100/1000 • Case CoolerMaster Mystique 632 • Optical: DVDR/RW LG GH22NS30 • Power supply CoolerMaster Silent PRO-M Power 600W ??
  • Hmmm ...... yes

  • your setup looks fine. im not sure if your graphics card is supported. your power supply should be fine but you might want to upgrade. also what OS are you running? if its not vista than no you can't. you need vista and a supporting Direct X 10 graphics card to run max settings. i hope this helps you.

  • ok tnx . how about using windows 7 ? or should i just stay on vista ?

  • wait until windows 7 actually comes out, oh and you should probably switch to triple channel memory

  • yes but you need a graphic card "gpu"

  • you should get a GTX 260 Superclocked, pretty decent price

  • no not max, your gtx 250 is a big bottleneck .

  • how many fps will i get with,

Intel Core i7 920 Processor over clocked3.6 GHz

    Biostar TPower X58A Motherboard

Patriot Viper Tri Channel 6GB DDR3 Memory

Seagate Barracuda 7200.10 750GB Hard Drive

BFG GeForce GTX 280 Video Card - OC Edition

  • 40-50

  • yes, but not very well. you processor is quite slow. your graphics card is extremly oultdated, but it will run on low - medium settings.

  • Interesting Fact: Crysis wasn't shipped with its full potential for graphics...and AFAIK it still isn't. They intend to add some of Crysis's graphical settings in a patch, because at the time even the best computers couldn't handle them.

  • ALL Very high, 4xAA, 1680x1050

    fps 40+

  • I don't know how you guys deal with under 60 fps.. it fucks up quick movement with your aiming. Just looking at your play I can tell that you couldn't hit shit if the enemy's AI was slightly better than horseshit.

  • i read something about crysis having an odd frame buffer where 30+ is steady frames

  • ALL Very High No AA 30-35 FPS

    AMD Athlon 64 X2 6000+ @ XFX GeForce GTX 285

  • 50 fps on High Settings No AA

  • 11 FPS

    core 2 duo 2.66ghz

    4gb ram ddr2 1066mhz

    8600gt

  • on which settings?

  • YOU LUCKY MOTHERFUCKER I HATE YOU !!!

  • I now get 3FPS!

    AMD Athlon64x2 6000+ (3GHz)

    4GB DDR2 800MHz RAM

    ASUS M3A78 PRO Motherboard

    ATI RadeonHD 4550

  • Just played it on mine maxed out, 1 FPS, what framerate do you get?

    My Spec:

    AMD Athlon64x2 2.2GHz

    2GB DDR2 667MHz

    320GB SATAII HDD

    ATI RadeonHD 4550

  • lol I got less than 1fps xD

    Pentium D 2.8Ghz

    2gb DDR2 667mhz ram

    ATI HD 3850

    A HDD of sorts.

    Some other components.

    Fail :P

  • lol!!

  • will crysis warhead run on this------ Intel Core 2 Duo E7300 2.66GHz, 2GB DDR2, 250GB SATA II HDD, DVDRW Dual Layer, NVIDIA GeForce 9800GT

  • hell yea i got same cpu,gpu,ram,500gb hdd, :P

  • yeah will

  • my computer will never run graphics like that ever in my life

  • :(((

  • no matter what everybody says that it looks like real life NO FUCKING WAY!! but it is the most realistic game ever made so far and this is SO FUCKING GOOD!!!!!!!

  • Heh,you can't compare a games graphics to life.

  • there is no way real life could render foliage like this game can.

  • I guess thats true.

  • looks like there is a little bit of delay either from the recording or your pc

  • AA:?

    resulution;?

  • it looks like real life

    wow

  • it looks VERY pretty, but not even close to real life. God's Graphics cards are FAR beyond anything we can approach :P

  • Give it 30 years and we should be pretty damn close to visually realistic graphics. Also worth mentioning, videos and screenshots do not do Crysis justice. Even high res screengrabs don't look as amazing as the game looks when played.

  • very true. been playing Crysis quite a bit lately (new comp) and its definately one of the prettiest games out there. and whatever anyone says, Warhead was crap compared to the original game. (IMO)

I just wish the ending was a little less....cliched

  • hell nah it will never get that real

  • crytek put new standars in game making :p

  • when I play this level, I usually make a damn hard attempt to be professional about it. namely, I always decloak before firing, I rarely decloak in plain view, and most of the people on the map will survive, else, nobody survives :P I like to think of the Nanosuit tech as a kind of "see me and I'll have to kill you" kind of tech.

  • Now you see me.. Now you're dead!

  • Kinda like the predator :D

  • cool video

can you tell me plz your graphic card?

    or your crossfire cards?

  • i love this game...

if i get my new pc its the first game ill play on hd^^

  • will it run on a 486 i have a vesa bus so no worries there should be fast enough

    Come on, people.

  • Nice man good work really cool

  • Thats unbelievable!

  • Running Crysis on High Settings is not hard....at all.

  • Running Crysis on High Settings is not hard....at all IF YOU SPEND LOTS OF MONEY ON PC PARTS! lol.

  • not really i have an HD 4830 and it works on highest settings like a charm

  • @thebizzlehimself lol, that statement is so not true anymore... You can have a very good gaming PC these days, for the same price as a console + peripherals for said console.

  • nothing special, i run it on high with my GeForce 9600 GT OC.

  • Will it run on a amd athlon 2200+ with 2 gb ddr ram and a asus ah3650 on vista business. Please i need to know because i really want this game!

  • Wat is it with these random shit ATI cards like 3450 3650 etc, The main ones are 3850,3870,4850 and 4870 but them!!!!!

or alwayz you cous get nvidia:D

  • yeah it will i just got the same graphics card and i play it very smooth at 1024 x 768 and on medium settings... my lowest fps is 23 and highest 42 and everanged 27(i used rivatuner statics server to see my fps)

  • the agp ah3650 512 mb on ddr2 i mean in my comment below

  • ur such a noob xD

  • This is what i got.

AMD Phenom QuadCore 9100e 1.8ghz rated at 4.59ghz

    4GB RAM

    ATI Radeon 3200 256mb.

    640GB hd.

    500W power supply.

I played the demo with my ATI card all at low and medium settings and the FPS gets bad at some times but it is somewhat playable.

I ordered a GeForce 9500GT 512mb DDR3. I heard this card is good. What do you think?

  • the card is... ok .. ish, but your better off with an 8 series.

  • lol i rly dont think u got ur 1.8 ghz quad to 4.59 that is impossible lol

  • i just bought a new

GeForce 9800 gt graphics card with 512 mb ram

i can play Cryis on all highest settings and Far cry 2 on all ultra high

  • Hell no. Not even close. Thats what I have, and you wont touch those games on the highest. I dont even think you can run them on medium without a horrible framerate.

  • i dont think he was asking the question. He was just saying he can play all maxed. But that suprises me. 512mb? not bad.

  • assuming he means 512 video card ram =S probly has more ram if hes playing those games.

  • I have got:

    5200+ Amd Athlon

    2gigs-of ram

    nVIDIA 9600gt 512MB

    and 640GB

  • maxishine is better

  • ok very nice ;)

  • to civicracer1989: u must upgrade your processor to atleast a 2.4 ghz dual core and a new videocard.. i reccommend 8800gt for good fps on high.. and umh ur RAM is good but if u do 4 gb instead of 2 gb maybe u get more fps but not that much..

  • haha oh man that was long ago. i received a bunch of grants a few weeks ago, so Im building a godly computer. piece by piece, mostly from newegg. check it out: Intel Q9450 (quad OC to 2.8-3Ghz) 4 GB of RAM PCP 610W power supply ATI HD 4870 (OC'ed a little as well) one hell of a motherboard (intel p5q premium) 24" monitor FATAL1TY sound card 5.1 surround speakers Antec nine hundred case Vista premium 64-bit and other components... :D
  • 9550's were much better >.> in Clock-for-clock performance

Get another 4870 if you will :p

  • actually, I did switch it out for a 9550 at the last moment. I got a samsung T220 instead of a 24" monitor, Klipsch promedia 2.1 speakers, and left out the sound card. it was about 1800 total. but i havent OC'ed anything yet.

  • ok, so I want to spend around $1100 on a new desktop. Would I be able to do anything like this? I have Crysis, and I like it, but it lags on the one I have.

    My system right now:

    Intel E4400 Core 2 Duo (2.0Ghz)

    Nvidia 8600 GeForce GT

    2 Gig Ram

    So what are my options?

  • Well, if I were you, I would get a nice Dell XPS. They are fairly inexpensive, and are great gaming computers. You might also want to get a Quad Core Processor, it will help the overall lag and FPS in every game.

  • actually, i found this gateway im gonna but for about $680. Then im gonna put in an Nvidia 8800GT for $200 (discount). All I need is a $200 monitor, and im good to go. All for $1130

    check out these specs:

    AMD Quad-core Phenom 9550 (2.2Ghz)

    6 Gigs of Ram

    640 Gig Hard Drive

    512Mb DDR3 Nvidia 8800GT

    22" HD Monitor

  • NOOOOo buy your own!!!!!!!!!

  • *COUGH*Dell*COUGH*sucks*COUGH*ARSE*COUGH

  • ...

  • doesn't really have the same effect when its in a low-res flash video...

  • Cool, Crysis is very cool at max settings...

  • nice,

    ill be geting a dell xps 630 with a 2.4 quad , 4gb ram and an NVIDIA9800gx2 1gb!

  • Dell, fail.

  • c'mon! buy fraps instead! you will get like... 30 - 70% better quality then... even with high quality on the youtube player it's no good....

  • What's your specs?

  • NVIDIA 8800GTX

    Quad core

    2.4 GHZ Oc'ed

    2 GB RAM

  • Nice. I'll be getting the same with 4 Gb RAM and Two 8800 GTS in SLI. Should run fine. :P

  • no offense but ur a noob u always have the silencer on the scar which is the most power ful automatic and the fy71 on no silenced not to mention a few other things

  • Umm, I like the silencer, and I'm not a noob.

  • right u can tell by how u play

  • And I made this video about an hour after I got the game....

  • Maybe he likes to be heard so he takes off the silencer for more of a challenge. Whats wrong with that?

  • not to mention the fact the Scar is a special ops weapon, which would invariably be silenced in real actions, and the fy71 is a standard issue backwater military rifle which would almost never be silenced in reality...

  • Its a game, i never said anything about reality. Aren't there crazy monsters in the game? Obviously there arnt crazy monsters in reality......

  • yeah this game looks great. too bad the video qualtiy sucks.

  • Yeah, it's hard to get a good quality on YouTube :P

  • Looks way better if you add the &fmt=18 tag to the end of the url. You should give a link to it in the description.

  • thx ) what about yours? what vista version do u use?

  • I use Vista 32 bit edition.

  • oh ya if i upgrade i need a more recent mother board :( it wont even o.c.

  • thanks :)

  • lets say 1000 bucks

  • If you want to spend $1,000, you can get an NVIDIA 88000 GTX graphics card for $600, which is probably the best card out now, and for the other $300, you can upgrade your RAM and processor (at least a dual core!)

  • guess u forgot 8800ultra ) Btw got a question on ya. i understood u playin on vista, right? Um, Just got myself a vista ultimate, 64bit. Playin crysis on followin spex: Gigabyte GA-P35-DS3P, Intel c2d e8200 2,88ghz, 8800 gt (overclocked to 750/1950) 512 mb, 2 gb kingston ddr2 ram. Crysis runs stable on 27-30 fps, but there are huuge lags, and i bet its because of huge RAM usage on ultimate x64 systems. Can u gimme a tip, should i switch to home basic x32 edition or something?

  • 32 bit might be a better choice if you want to play Crysis smoother, so switching would be a good idea :)

  • you sure? that a 32 bit would be better? cuz I just got my new computer and I got Vista home premium 32 bit... and A 8800 GT instead of the GTS...

  • Yeah, the 64-bit has a high tendancy to lag and lower frame rates on some games.

  • ok my pc cant run it at all heres the specs 1.6 ghz p4, 512 mb ram, Nvidia 64 megs (not sure wich model) this is really lame what should i do , upgrade or buy a new pc

  • Well, depends on how much cash you're willing to spend. Buying a new PC would be awesome, but it would cost a truckload. To go the easy way, you need to upgrade to at least 2.4GHz, and a new graphics card (NVIDIA 8800 GTS or GTX I reccomend)

  • nice what are your pc specs??

i can play it on very high with:

    2x3,4 ghz

    8 GB Ram

    2x 8800GT superlocked SLI with 2 GB

    soundblaster XFI Soundcard

    *****

  • WOOPS!!! sorry my cpu speed isn´t 18.3GHz THATS INSANE!!!

    It´s 1.83GHz hehe sorry again

  • Hi Im watching94 you have answered my quiestions on some crysis vid on ultra settings and I´ve got another quiestion for you...

could I run this game on this computer... atleast on low!!!(this is my computer that I am using right now)(the other one that I was talking about was a computer that I am gonna buy... just for this game!!!

    AMD Athlon(tm) XP 2500+

    18.3GHz

    GeForce 7600GT

    1.00 Gb RAM!

    lame huh?

plz tell me that I could atleast play this game on low.

  • Hmmm, that's a tough one... There is a chance you may be able to run it on low, but your RAM will just be cutting it, and your graphics card will be put to the test, lol. You could buy it and test it out, and if it doesn't work, you can always return it, or keep it until you get your new PC. I would say it's about a 50/50 chance that you could run Crysis on your computer now. Hope that helps :D

  • ok thanks

  • Your processor is ancient buddy, 1.83GHz wouldn't cut it.

The 7600GT would be able to run it on low I figure, and the RAM is questionable, 2GB is advisable.

  • yeah that's what they all say...

hey and is it really that ancient? T_T

its 1.83 rated at 2.50 will that help?

    no? well that figured

  • Yeah, your processor is quite old, unless it's a dual core and actually runs at 3.6GHz or something, which would still be slowish.

Anyways, I'm reading my Crysis box and it says for minimum requirements:

OS: XP with SP2 or Vista

    CPU: XP = 2.8GHz Vista = 3.2GHz

    RAM: 1GB (1.5GB for Vista)

Disc Drive: 8x or faster DVD drive

GPU: DirectX 9.0c/10 with 256MB of memory (7600GT fits those descriptions)

    HDD: 12GB free.

So your processor is too slow, and you would have to check for 12GB of room.

  • i think you can , cuz i ran on low with :

    AMD atholon 3000+

    GeForce 6600 256 mb

    1 gb ram

  • whats the specs on your comp?

  • nice vid chris

  • Zank you :D

  • i can run it on medium

  • o rly
