The problem with Amazon is that I ordered 3 games about 3 years ago. I only got one, the other one got dropped and was said that it did not work, because of the delivery truck's carelessness. The other game did not come. I think the seller that I bought the Kid Icarus NES game from, did not even put the game in bubble wrap, a box, and ship it out. Probably just sending the bare game. Good call, dummy. PayPal offers far better buyer protection than any other service. If you file a complaint within 45 days, and ship the items back with a verifiable method, you are pretty much guaranteed to get all of your money back.

Where PayPal DOES suck is for the seller. They take a significant cut, and force refunds at the buyers whim.

It's "buyer protection" basically takes all responsibility from the buyer during a transaction, which as I said, makes it extraordinarily safe for buyers, but gives them the ability to screw over sellers.

That's why sellers tend to use UPS or FedEx or USPS with TRACKING NUMBERS so they can verify that the item was delivered (might even require a signature as another way to verify that the item was in fact delievered.)

Make sure the item picture is real of his own, not just a pic off google images.

If the guy sells lots of that item dont buy it

Buy it in ur own state

Make sure you talk with the guy ur buying off regularely
