  • Most of these chefs are going the "Classic way" in their preparations and plating... yes its beautiful and yes its maybe not food for a 5 year old child? But even a 5 year old deserve better than quickly prepared instant food... With regards to hand gloves - better wash your hands all the time rather than wear them, they just try to show hygiene measurements...

  • I didn't realise the chefs touched the food so much with their bare hands!

  • @VeronicaHastings We do touch a lot, but we wash our hands like 100 times a day - everytime you switch to something else, fish - meats and so on.. gloves are not good for hygiene.

  • ironic that most of these chefs, when asked for a last meal, would request a plate of raw oysters or a spaghetti pomodoro or a big slab of bone marrow with toast, lol.

  • This is food for art, for the experience, for setting the mood. This is not food for hunger. This food would not fill a five year old child, but it is beautiful

  • @Bourne777 My Friend from Czech Republic beautiful place now a days with wonderful restaurants. You R young & possibly yet to travel the world at length. If U were an old fart like me perhaps U would realize in the highlands of New Guinea, or central China or outer Mongolia this type of food is art. It is not going to satisfy a 6' 4" stock man built like a brick toilet who works 16 hours a day in the bad lands of OZ. Trust me I've been 2 all these places. Regards Gary
