@MimiMediterranien you have to be a youtube partner in order to have a banner at the top of your profile and in order to be a youtube partner, well I'm not really sure, but I know you have to apply and I"m assuming you have to bring something to the table such as a certain number of uploads/views per video etc to warrant it on youtube's side of things.
