  • OH MY GOSH WHO IS THE ASS HOLE WHO DISLIKED THIS VIDEO???

  • gave me goosebumps...Nat King Cole sings tagalog..wow!

  • The 1 dislike was probably an mistake; i made a mistake once or twice because of my eagerness to click the thumb up.....OR,,,,,,,the parents of that person made a mistake in conceiving him!!

What a beautiful song given a different flavor by a legendary singer!!

  • ahnow daw yoh?

  • Awesome!!!

  • Yung isang nag dislike, gusto nila si Bieber o kaya si Lady Gaga ang kumanta ng Dahil Sa 'Yo...

  • When I lived in Hawai'i and performed this is one song I loved and learned and all the people in the audience who were Filipino loved it ! I have a gift for languages and it is true like mathematics, music is one of the great unifiers of people. When you make the effort to recognize their language it shows the deep respect you have for them. It was one of the happiest times of my life to get the applause . My oldest daughter's father was Hawai'ian and Filipino -it is a beautiful language.

  • awesome rendition

  • This indeed is a great and quaint experience! The foreign accent of the great chocolatey voice of Nat King Cole gives a very special flavor to this exquisite Filipino song. Am proud to be Filipino. what a great song! What a great singer!

  • This indeed is a great and quaint experience! The foreign accent of the great chocolatey voice of Nat King Cole gives a very special lover to this exquisite Filipino song. Am proud to be Filipino. what a great song! What a great singer!

  • a beautiful rendition indeed!!! even if his accent is different.

  • there's one idiot here who doesn't know about music... this is beuttiful rendtion from one of the great legends... just understand that he has different accent of course because tagalog it's not her mother tongue.

  • bastos yung isang nag dislike

  • Lovely song and Nat King Cole is wonderful. Truly in a class by himself.

  • wow!!

  • I love listening to an american artist singing a filipino song bec. of their accent.

  • DAY-UM ....nuff said

  • So classic this made me cry! I LOVE it.

  • If I was born in the 1950's, I'd love to have come to Araneta to listen to Nat King Cole during that time!

  • he sang this song perfectly from reading it from the song sheet. thanks for posting

  • only one word describes this filipino-american combo with accuracy...WOW.

  • OMG!

  • my all time favorite song>>

  • WOW !!!!!!!! nat king cole singing in tagalog? WOW!! di ko alam kumanta sya ng tagalog ... proud to be pinoy ...

  • @tigaspinoypower I think that's just another filipino who sounds like Nat King Cole. Proud to be Pinoy?! What's there to be proud of when your very own president calls filipinos stupid monkeys for allowing three corrupt monkeys rule the country and run your government?! You should say with your head hanging down, "It's a damn shame to be filipino!"

  • @zatoinga Regardless of what you think, Nat King Cole did indeed have a concert at the Philippines and this performance did happen. Next time you decide to troll around youtube, at least do some research. Perhaps you're just not familiar with Nat King Cole because this sounds exactly like him. I don't see anything wrong with being proud of your own country. You might think it's a damn shame to be filipino but I certainly don't. In fact It's a damn shame to be you, as you are an ignorant troll.

  • @mall0mar Opa! I don"t see anything wrong with being proud of your own country, either. But being called stupid monkey by your very own leader is not something to be proud of, or is it!? But then again, your president must be aware of the fact that you are a stupid monkey otherwise he should not have mentioned it in his 100th day speech. Regards to Lola Dika! Tchau!

  • @zatoinga This... coming from a dirty Brazilian Portuguese twit... LOL, seems like you have a streak on busting on the Philippines... why the hate? Did a Filipina girl (or boy, sorry, don't know your type) break your heart? Keep the hate to a minimum, its ignorant fucks like you who keep racial discrimination in tact.

LMAO... i'll go get you a "whaaaaa"mburger you cry baby.

  • @ccbikeryder What makes you think I hate Flips? FYI, I hit on good looking straight men and occasionally get it on with pretty women. Your homosexual mother and gay father were fighting over my boyfriends' huge cocks reason for me to be a little bit racist against Flips. It seems like your fresh supply of whaaaaaamburger don't run out that's why you prefer the profile handle, 'sissybikefucker!' Have a Mary-Chris must, dick breath!

  • my Ama and Ina loves this guy

  • is this for real? Nat "fuck-King" Cole?

  • Beautiful Filipino classic sung so beautifully by the music legend Mr. Nat King Cole. This is how it should be. "They" should be singing our songs for a change. Oh my! I sooo love this! "Kung tnyunay man akow aye alipinin mow". hahaha Thanks for sharing this. Mr. Nat, you're the best!!

  • my late grandfather and my dad loves Nat King Cole.

  • Aww how sweet of him to sing this song =) He did very well knowing that it's not his language

  • mabuhay filipino music..........

  • nat king cole is immortal in filipino hearts. thank you, sir!

  • His voice is so soothing and beautiful! It's so great for him to do this for the Filipino's even though he hasn't learned the words completely.

  • Have they nicked this for 'open up that door' song on the ice cream advert. ? Sounds so similiar.

  • Nat King Cole=Pure Class

  • I went Philippines in July 2010. When I got on a taxi ,this song was heard.

So romantic and beautiful song !!!

  • In a taxi, really? That's interesting....

  • just MERCI

  • wow...he really sounds like me.....love the voice....will cherish it

  • wow...he really sounds like me.....hehehe

  • cute~:)

  • What a lovely voice so cool to the ears. Even though I belong to the younger generation I really like Nat King Cole's voice because it's so soothing and relaxing to the ears.

  • OH MY GOD! THE YOUNGER GENERATION SHOULD OR "MUST" HEAR THIS! WHY NOT PLAY THIS ON THE RADIO OR BETTER YET PLAY IT ON TV COMMERCIAL, ONE WHICH WILL BE FLASH ON THE TV SCREEN EVERY 15 MINS. OR SO!

  • @personalkoment i totally agree with you. kids are getting stupider and stupider everyday when it comes to classic OPM and "genuine nasyonalismo".. we kept on saying "i'm proud to be pinoy" and yet we worship koreans.. that's like chopsuey mentality.

  • @ekong59 but im a kid that's 13 and I kinda like nat king cole, frank sinatra and paul anka an others from the 40's to the 70's

  • @JohnnySton3r wow. good for you. i should've said "most kids" instead of generalizing. my apologies.

  • felt like he is singing for me... thanks!

  • awesome. thanks for posting this!!!

  • incredible! where did you dig this from? thanx.

  • @linikit - a friend of mine gave it to me.

  • I've never heard this song sang more beautifully that this.

    It must be his voice.

Or maybe because he's Nat King Cole.

  • ur my idol nat king cole!

  • one for the legend, love it

  • Very sweet song!!!!

  • very touching

and so very few of our singers can't even sing the philippine anthem right

they say its artistic expression (shyeah right )

I'd say it's their smelly pus filled swelling pride, yet many of them are nothing compared to many african american amateurs and gospel choirs

  • @chichiboypumpi shut up. don't diss your own country, every race has bad people in it. That's why our country gets left left behind--because of people like you who make your own race look bad.

  • @charisse7392 RP is a backwater because of pinoys having a lapu lapu mentality

    just like yourself

  • OMG, I just couldn't get over it...his voice is like buttah!!!

  • aww im so touched !! .i lvoe you nat!
