He isent using a orb of deception hes using a glitch were you click on a char on your char selection screan (in this case a dwalf) then quickly click to your 80 in this case a horde char and press enter world quickly this alters your game client so u see yourself as a the first char u clicked on. it isent perminant if u d/c or logg off it will change bk. it only alters your client so no one else will see your modal change. not to sure if its fixed yet on live servers.
