Funny, this video is just like an old Chinese movie. The talking is delayed. The video is a bit faster then the talking after they start adding the ingredients to the blender. LOL

One of my favorite dishes, but the sauce was new to me. The heat of the fryer and the wok crisp the shrimp shell so it crunches delicately.
