  • So shooting plastic balls at each other is bad but football where kids can get killed is ok...

  • It's laser tag with welts, what's not to understand. I wish the police would learn they can't control, only educate

  • Paintballs

Why don't people get pissed off at that?

  • they make it look like its some small group and noone can join XD

  • im starting to get into airsoft but wut is age verified?

  • @SuperQwert11 Its just something on airsoftcanada meaning that you're over 18(Proved by meeting someone and showing ID) and gives you access to their classifieds.

  • Sucks how you have to be 18 to play... They should let you play if your mature. I'm 16 and im more mature than any of idiots ive met.

  • @SideShowHDFilms That statement right there is exactly why we don't let 16 year old kidiots play.

  • @janusdp What? what do you mean? No i know the reasons why. Cause little fags play videos games, buy guns and go around with these guns thinking there in GTA. And besides you dont make sense. Im seriously mature.

  • @SideShowHDFilms The first indication that someone is immature is always the part where they talk about how mature they are. You're a fool, go play paintball.

  • @janusdp Alright well i dont really feel like arguing over something as stupid as this. Im mature, you can say what ever you want. i dont have to prove anything to you.

  • @SideShowHDFilms Maturity isn't the only concern, there's also the matter of legal accountability for your actions. Prior to age 18, your guardians are held legally responsible for what you do, meaning if you shoot someone in the face and they lose a tooth, they or their parents will sue your parents, not you.

  • @toooooooooooooooool Yeah i know that. Thats why its all maturity. A mature person wouldnt shoot someone in the face. If so then it would be an accident. And either way a thing such as getting hit in the face cant really be blamed on anyone. Thats the game. Theres hundreds of BBs flying ever where, if you do get it thats the game. And also too bad, thats why they have face protection. If you decide to play a sport like airsoft you gotta know the risks, and getting hit in the face is one of them.

  • @SideShowHDFilms Tell that to the soccer moms. Better yet, convince them.

  • @toooooooooooooooool you have to sign a waver it most fields

  • @AxCanadianxAirsofter And you have to be the age of majority to do so without the signature of your guardian. Your point?

  • Do you know if their still doing this there?

  • @wingchun21 Yes, Airsoft is rapidly growing across Canada

    ~Thanato

  • why cant they just open a fucking airsoft field for every fucking body to play at! LIKE FUCK!!!

  • @44JOSH055 Thats how i feel too. I have all these airsoft guns and i can even enjoy them. LIke why do they even sell them if they dont have a field you can just go to and play.???

  • this is so fucking biased

  • where is this place? and is the black airsoft guns banned from toronto? my cousin got a fine for having a black airsoft gun and the cop took the gun away and said it's against the law to have one in toronto. i just want to know cuz i have a see through and i want the black one

  • @cRAZYBONEZcK I got a all black gun that looks pretty real, but I got it at one of those oriental malls (they like to break som rules lol) but they have police sweeping through the place weekly so i guess black guns are ok (or atleast black guns with orange tips) oh but just incase, don't use your gun in super open random areas where ppl will see you and freak out :P

  • Where is this place? I read on airsoftcanada to come hear to get age verified.

  • @killratoss Dupont and Ossington

  • canada is so gay because they take everything so afenciv like wtf, ther are barley any places u can play airsoft in toronto because of these fuckin paintballing noobs like ohnestley i hate paintball and canada for being gay with there laws like oppen up a just airsoft arena no paintballers..........

  • news reporter are ass holes

  • @TheOddestVideos lol dumb ass no we don't ur fucking retarded

  • lmao fuck airsoft Paintball all the way

  • lol no matter the arena just shooting at ur friends is fun enough lol

  • field doesnt look so fun

  • I like how they make such a big deal out of this. It's a game, played for fun! With toy guns! Airsoft is great, but the media portray it as so sinister and the voices of reason have to try so hard to justify it as what it is; entertainment. Has the world gone mad?

  • y dont they have clear ones

  • Some hosts expect a standard out of serious airsoft players sometimes going as far as not allowing clearsofts. Remember that airsoft simulates real life combat and clear guns do not look real. This expectation goes beyond the field meaning you are responsible for your nonclear guns that people may mistaken for real guns. This breeds responsible players who respect this sport who help keep it alive in this very anti-gun country.

  • they already use it for training, at least in the US. They usually use systema.

  • police should incorporate this in there training

  • this has nothing to do with criminals. Kids are packing REal guns these days that are illegally smuggled into our borders. Laws and gun bans don't stop thier flow what so ever. its N American Society. WE can't change the gun liberity down south

  • guy fighting at back

  • yeah lol wtf was up with that

  • This place is TTAC3, google it for a location. Rentals are available, I think they're running a game this coming Friday but space is limited. FPS is limited to 350MAX, no teams req. Brian is a great guy but hes not tolerant of boneheads which is a product of our protectionism of airsoft.

  • Where in tornto can I play airsoft? Do I have to buy a gun? What is the average FPS used? DO I have to join a team? Thanks.

  • "It sounds real" Lmao

  • is this place still available?

  • This is so biased to make airsoft look bad

  • i know!

  • whats the adress fo this?

  • look look, kids are stupid, my friends wanted to brorow my gun to shoot ppl on the streets, that was the dummest thing i heard lol airsoft fo ever 1996 bitchz

  • You are a kid. Lol

  • I know lol, but hey kids are these days XD

  • Hehe :P

  • correction he is the kid

  • Grrr! MILLIONS OF PEOPLE LIKE ME WANT AIRSOFT BACK IN CANADA!

This post just might make change.

    SPREAD THE WORD!

  • wth happened?

  • Where is TTAC3? north york, scarbrough, berrie, please tell me.

  • Comment removed

  • trutru.

  • Yeah, cause that will get you arrested.

  • what i dont get is that so many people understand stuff like this in the world and it is in fact only a small number of people that potray this negatively. doesnt the media usually take popular sides?

  • airsofters-1 media-0 And they're not real bullets dumb fuck!

  • they put such a negative spin on it...

  • were is it at

  • If you are under 18 and don't have the mental maturity to handle an airsoft gun as though it were REAL. The don't even bother trying to get one.

  • you've gotta be kidding me. I know that some of us are immature but i'm very sure that not everyone under 18 would go around, not knowing what they are doing, and shooting like idiots.

  • That doesn't change the fact that these guns shouldn't be restricted to minors. There are other things that need to be taken into account. Just because your mature doesn't mean you might not get pissed off to the point where your maturity turns to stupidity. I'm not 18 but I respect this rule because it's there to help. The less people we have playing the sport the better. But it doesn't matter now anyway since the government went all criminal code on fulled colored airsoft guns.

  • well if u become pissed off and u become stupid, u cant call that maturity.

if ur gonna point a gun at some1 just cuz ur mad then ur the same immature kid that shoots ppl cuz its jks for them.

the age limit is there cuz there so much immature kids out there. it shouldnt matter for those who really r mature.

  • Problem is that 18 and under, you are not held accountable where as above 18, you are responsible for your own actions. Its not really just maturity that plays in, its law. So a 15 y/o gets a hold of an airsoft gun and shoots someone, hes protected by YOA and the person who gave the kid the gun is held responsible. Its a totally different story once the kid hits 18. Now he/she faces criminal charges for his/her action.

  • lol makes sense.

  • yeah, but in this case the kids are gonna get a hold of bbguns in a room where its allowed to shoot anybody. it should be allowed but within supervision like where its shown on vid.

  • Then there is another issue, the game host or field owner may not want to be held responsible should the kid get injured or cause injuries while under their supervision. Some places make you sign a waiver releasing such responsibility from the host/owner but it can only be held up in court if the signature was of someone who is over the age of 18. Again, it all comes back to legality.

  • Maybe an adult, say a parent/guardian can go with the 15 year old. Then the adult that brought the 15 year old can be held responsible if any charges have been made by the child. By this, the adult may decide if the 15 year old is mature enough to be brought with or not. Ethical?

  • Ethical yes but reasonable? How many adults have the time to sit through a 4-5hour game, sometimes longer that starts 7-8pm especially if they start work in the predawn hours? And that is assuming the said parent/guardian agrees with the young kid playing airsoft to begin with and also assuming the host allows, its within their right.

  • You know, not all guardians (even parents) need to be as busy (all the time) as most parents these days. If there's someone that knows the child that's 18 and over, they may take responsibility for the child's actions. It's perfectly legal, so what's going to prevent the host from allowing this? The host knows if the child goes crazy, the adult who brought the child will be held responsible. I'm pretty sure the host knows the guardian/parent knows that and vice verca.

  • Because ultimately, any bad behaviour puts more of a black mark on the sport that has a history of bad behaviour hence the high protectionism attitude you get from responsible airsoft players and hosts. At least with older folks, the law can prosecute them as opposed to kids.

  • How can I get an AEG in Canada? I mean 007 doesn't even have anything left... Can you help me out? Also, which forgein retailer ships to Canada?

  • depends how old you are. If your less than 18, then good luck cause it isn't happening. If your over 18 then all you have to do is have half a brain and know how to read. then you'll find out where to get your stuff.

  • AirsoftCanada when you see them they'll be clear just spray paint them black or another colour just make sure yu keep an orange tip.

  • @SniperViper1000 you don't need to keep the orange tip in canada. thats a US thing.

  • @piggykrap u need the orange tip in canada aswell

  • @TheOddestVideos Actually, that's a popular misconception. There is no law that states that we need to have the orange tip. People just assume that since the US requires it, we do too. What we do require for importation is the clear plastic receiver.

  • Actually, nothing is fun about running into a hail of bullets. BBs are fun to run into though.

  • i wana get into airsoft im wondering if 007 is only place where i can get the nice gbb and AEGs

i currently live in richmondhill area just wondering where i can get some airsoft and if there are any games near here

  • Join Airsoftcanada and get age verified.

  • @tzives or you could go to markham and go to the paciffic mall they have a store call wah chi acssesories or somthin and they sell nice guns for cheap

  • @tzives YEAH RICHMOND HILL

  • @tzives Well if u wanna go to toronto there is a very good place all ill say is join canada airsoft to find where it is not sure if i should tell you where it is exactly

  • @tzives No go to TorontoAirsoft(dot)com its a pretty new website but definetly alot cheaper than 007 and way better customer assistance. And they ship to every address within canada

  • This is the coolest thing I have ever seen!

cool I wanna play now! looks like a fun sporting event ;)

  • ..... this is worse than newsstations talking about videogames and violence...much worse -_-

  • anyone know any airsoft in the London, Ontario area?

  • you may have a be 18 to play airsoft in a place like that, but you could always do it at home

thats what me and my friends do

  • pooeater6000, why not just get age verified and play airsoft the good ol LEGAL way?

Instead of @ your home or backyard where; you can get into a whole heep of un-needed attention from your neighbours?

Airsoft is a legal sport in Canada. Most of the players respect the law and rules of conduct towards the game.

Why not check a game or two out and get yourself aged verified?

Trust me you'd thank me later. I've met a lot of decent and down to earth people in the airsoft sport.

  • how do you get your guns?

  • Jeremy, every country is different.

It is legal to own them for gaming though (@ legit fields of course)

  • Meaning it is legal to own them wherever it is legal to play them in most countries Jeremy.

However check your local laws and rules concerning airsoft in your area.

  • Meh regardless of the commentator/journalist's wording errors...

at least some positive + fair coverage of airsoft is displayed here in this video.

    Remember people,

airsofting involves small PLASTIC BB's that only slightly sting upon contact.

NOT BULLETS! This is not the Collosuem during the Roman Empire years lol! (besides they used lions and tigers back then anyways)

Everything should be fine as long as you wear protective eyewear. paintball goggles or bolle.

  • ACTUALLY, I find this video to be quite interesting and educational.

The instructor and students defended their sport/hobby with both passion and valid points in this vid.

However I DO agree with you on one thing.

The commentator/journalist did not do his research by using the word "Bullets" at the end of the video.

Airsoft is a legal Canadian sport/game where little PLASTIC BB'S are used by the players.

Not bullets for crying out loud roflmfao!

  • This video is stupid. They really don't distinguish between saying "bullets" and "BBs". Anybody seeing this for the first time will just think these people are all nuts. At least Airsoft is getting good press for once though, instead of the usual alarmist bullshit.

  • im plannin on ordering some TM magazines soon.. does anyone know if canada customs siezes magazines?? im well aware they sieze guns haha but magazines??

  • nop, in canada if your package doesn't look like a gun they don't seize it, so all kind of acessories can pass through the customs...but not the gun :(

  • As long as your mag doesn't have the image of bullets inside it, like a Sig552 or P90 mag, then you'll be fine. I had customs open a package of mine that had 2 TM metal M4 mags in it and a Maruzen MP5K extended mag, and they let it through, no questions asked. They did charge a customs fee however.

  • I would also like to ask the host of the video, Why do you think they limit the age people can join up on a team and play in actual skirmishes to eighteen

  • One of the reasons is because that's the legal age of owning an airsoft gun in Ontario.

  • Ancorp you a member of the FAC?

  • No sir.

  • too bad if your toronto based you should join up

  • See people think paintball is better because of national teams. The game of airsoft is to actually simulate War. Paintball is more expensive and lets not forget MESSY. Airoft is better (In my Opinion) because they create Bio-Degradable BB's and because of the realistic appearance, you can have all the fun of fighting for your country without having to put your life at risk. (I Approve this Message...|:{D )

  • i live in sweden here you only have to be 10 to be allowed to be in airsoft wars

  • im sorry but paintball has NOTHING on real airsoft.

  • sweet airsoft isn't illegal in canada

  • is there things like this for younger peopel around 13.. around the toronto area

  • Yes. Paintball.

  • for airsoft. .. if u havnt noticed my name , i like airsoft

  • I know that mate, but there isn't. Thus your only choice for 5 years is paintball.

  • do you know any places that sell airsoft guns in toronto, ive been trying forever to find one, ive seen a couple at sgt splatters but i want somthing like the classic army m16..by the way im 20 in case you feel hesitant about my age.

  • Nope, only second hand. There are no airsoft stores in Toronto anymore.

  • damn, alright thanks anyways.

  • lol see thats why airsoft isnt as popular in canada

  • Yeah i agree, Airsoft canada requires you be at least eighteen to join up with a team and 18 at most places and fields to even PLAY. Like atlantic airsoft. We do have a nice field but you have to be eighteen and its hard on people a year or more underage and quite discouraging to players or other people intrested in the sport

  • If your under 18 you may as well play paintball.

  • lol people wrestling in the back at 00:55

  • And? its not just an airsoft facility.

  • what a hell, its like in da news?!

  • Yeah its "in da news".

    And?

  • this video should be shown around the country, we get so much shit in jersey for it

  • hmmm, airsoft is definetly awesome. and definetly misjudged. hopefully it stays legal.

  • Agreed, but I'm hoping it gets out of its "gray" area sooner or later, as its becoming quite a pain in the ass to get the guns in.

    Cheers,

    Alex

  • "What could be more fun than running into a hail of bullets" wow that was funny.

  • pretty cool vid

it does get tiring with the missunderstanding of airsoft...

  • Oh man, I laughed so hard when those guys rolled into the picture at 0:50... XD Thanks for uploading!

  • i wish i knew where this was because i really want to get into airsoft and i live in toronto

  • Yea too bad.

Join airsoft Canada, and find out.

    Cheers,

    Alex
