I had a friend that could play every single Van Halen solo you could think of........But he had NO CLUE how to play any of Jeff's solos.....I kinda found that funny....Different scale I guess
the Van Zants are the best brothers in music. sure theres the Vaughans but Stevie Ray is more known than Jimmie. with The Van Zants Ronnie was former lead of Lynyrd Skynyrd. and sadly we all knew what happened (may he and the others RIP) then Johnny took over. and Donnie is in .38 Special. its a shame they didnt have 2 sisters named Bonnie and Connie
I'm originially from The "Old Dominion" as well and I find this song absolutely fantastic... it's one of their best - although you'll never here it on the radio... Boogie on! listen to Jeff's lead starting @2:22
