  • @b1zartv Hitler had mobile phones in the 50's but not in the 20's.

  • its a woman with bad ear,guddamit!

  • the lady was talking to me about a social worker in chicago that we were going to visit and try to help her with her mission she was planning on opening in the near future, the social worker in question was no other than Edith Keeler, yes the same one that in 1930 would fall for Captian James T.Kirk. the later died that year in an auto pedestrian acident.Kirk,Spock and McCoy suddely disapeared, quite mysteriously.ONLY THE GUARDIEN OF FOREVER AND TEMPORAL ENFORCEMENT DEPARTMENT OF STARFLEET CMD.!

  • exactly there is no mobile devices until the lat 70s

and she is talking into it and laughing!

  • @B1ZARTv Its not a she its a man, look at the shoes there huge.

  • the pic of the hearing device plainly shows a plug in power cord, its not mobile

  • I don't think anyone talks into their hearing aid...... besides the way the two things are being held is totally different.

  • @wildersara Look at the very old styled telephone with a seperate talking part and a seperate hearing part, I have seen them many many times being used in old films and have never once seen the person remove the earpiece of the phone whilst talking into the stick talking/dialling part. What two things?

  • @stbricesday The way the hearing device is held is different from how the "woman" is holding this device. There were not phones at this time anyway.

  • @wildersara The telephone was invented in 1876 and Sara, you have missed the point of my mentioning a telephone completely. That "woman" is far more likely a woman than that telephone being a mobile phone or spaceship hailer or anything else other than a hearing device.......there is nothing mysterious about the film clip apart from folks' reluctance to let go of whacky ideas.

  • @stbricesday your opinion, landing on the moon was pretty wacky too, from your perspective, I admire those who think outside the box. I don't see her holding anything as large as the hearing aid, I see her holding something so small we can't see it. Space ships? I doubt teleportation needs any.

  • @wildersara not to mention if u look at the pic of hearing device.....itsgot a plug in cord, its not mobile

  • @stbricesday Yes you are probably 100% right and it is just a hearing device, but wacky ideas are soooo much more fun!! :o)

  • @wildersara True but people doo sing what they're hearing [:

  • The "Sueddeutsche Zeitung" recently published an interview with the chief of the technical museum in Berlin. He said, that he cannot explain it at all, because there were no inventions like this in that time and obviously the woman speaks into the decline.

Besides: How can one explain, that the woman is wearing nylons although nylone have been invented 10 years later (in 1938) ? It remains mysterious.

  • @safarius2010 Rayon stockings were invented in the 1800's for women replacing silk which was expensive and which nylon replicates. Rayon stockings are indistinguishable from nylon though not as comfortable. If you are having a conservation you do not want to miss a word by removing your hearing aid, she is most likely talking to someone off view of the small area covered by film, I rather doubt that she is talking on a mobile phone that would not work or hailing a spaceship.

  • it does look bigger than what she is holding but i need a better comparison picture

  • If it is a hearing aid she is holding in the clip, that still doesn't explain why she is talking to it.

  • @Nuttybott She was saying "Testing 1.2.3" Don't anyone say that when they are adjusting a mic or other related device?

  • @tkoizumi I doubt it...not in 1928 anyway! Besides, her mouth is too poorly defined in the film to accurately lip-read what she is saying.

  • It looks alot bigger than in the clip.

  • It does look a little too big & an external wire can't be seen............but a mobile phone? nice vid, I wanna see more vids debunking the Piri Reis map, the Genetic Shield & other Klaus Dona amazing finds. ;-)

  • go to the sieman website and look at history and 1924. the picture of the man holding the hearing "aide" shows the same way the "time traveler" is holding her "phone"

  • i think its too big
